had a week long stay visiting family - this space had a flying bug problem, weird smells in the shower area, noisy children running and screaming upstairs until 4am with very very thin walls, stale cigarette smoke smell, thermostat didn’t work so the space was cold at night (read instructions carefully and nothing worked). only pros were the size of the space and the neighborhood.

This was, compared to Tokyo, very affordable. Note - we had 0 staff interaction - sign in and sign out was via computer with code. The apartment was clean, relatively large (two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area and very close to the Sky Tree area.

I loved the location of this property, very close to the sky tree which was amazing but there was no view of it from our room like we thought. It was much smaller than we had expected but still a decent stay

ホテルではなくこのようなタイプの施設に泊まるのは初めてでドキドキしましたが、とても良かったです。 ２家族で泊まりましたが寝具は寝室２室に、ダブルサイズが４組、それにリビング＆キッチン、洗面＋脱衣所も広く、室内写真の通りのびのびと過ごせました。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、電気ケトル、洗濯機、食器や鍋類、備品も十分で、何気にハンガーラック＆ハンガーが沢山あったのも助かりました。歯ブラシやバスタオル、タオルも人数分用意されており、厚手のホテルタイプの物で使い心地も良かったです。洗濯機には洗剤も用意されていました。シャンプーやトリートメント、ボディソープもありました。 寝具も気持ち良く、ぐっすり広々と眠れました。建物自体や元々の作りは新しくはないですが、室内は快適に、イマドキなオシャレな感じにリノベーションされていて快適でした。 トイレットペーパーが厚手のリーフ柄だったり、ティッシュペーパーのケースがオシャレだったり、寝室のライトが可愛かったり、ソファやダイニングテーブルのセッティング等もオシャレで、ホテルではなくこのような施設に宿泊するのも楽しくて良いなぁと思いました。 ただ一つだけ、この日は少し肌寒く、エアコンを暖房設定にしても、おそらく一括管理なのか…色々とリモコンをいじってみましたが、上手く温度調整が出来ませんでした。４月下旬だったので、エアコン無しでも過ごせる気候で問題ありませんでしたが、これが真冬や真夏だったらどうなんだろう…？と、そこだけが不安に思いました。 ロケーションは最高でした。 押上駅、スカイツリーの目と鼻の先、便利で大変助かりました。お店は近くになんでも揃っています。建物周辺は騒がしくなく、静かに過ごせました。 清掃も行き届いていました。 チェクインやチェックアウトは機械で無人のため、施設側の方と顔を合わせることはありませんでしたが、宿泊者への誠実なおもてなしの心を感じました。おかげさまで、とても楽しく快適な旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。
