This flat on the 18th floor of the Plaza Premium Hotel building in Timmendorfer-Strand invites you to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. In the fully equipped holiday apartment, you are at eye level with the sea eagles and have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The Plaza Premium Hotel building is in a very quiet location and is just a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. You can also use many of the building's amenities. You can use the outdoor pool free of charge in the summer months. You can buy a day pass for the indoor pool at the neighbouring Plaza Premium Hotel or book beauty treatments. There is also a restaurant and a bar where you can stop off from morning to night without having to walk far.



The flat has a beautiful living and dining area with a small but fully equipped kitchen. A high-quality foldaway bed provides a cosy place to sleep. The large window and balcony door also provide a fantastic view from here. The modern shower room leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment was renovated in 2021.



The town of Timmendorfer-Strand is the highlight for a holiday on the Baltic Sea. The kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach from Niendorf up to Sierksdorf in the Bay of Lübeck is one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Germany. You can hire a beach chair on the beach or enjoy the sun. There is everything on offer for sports fans: whether surfing, diving or stand-up paddling. In Timmendorfer-Strand there are numerous activities for holidaymakers, a visit to the Baltic Sea thermal baths, the Sea Life Aquarium or a shopping tour along the town's promenade with its numerous shops and restaurants.
