"We had two nights at GHL lake Titicaca- after 10 days traveling up the sacred valley, on a multi activity trip with lots of hiking and water activity and occasional camping we were delighted to stay in such a comfortable hotel. Everything met my expectations with only one exception - on both evenings the service at the hotel bar was extremely slow. The bar staff were welcoming and polite but on both evenings we waited considerably longer than we’d have expected for a simple round of drinks.
My only other comment was that twice the hotel contacted me to ask if I needed anything when we arrived and twice I asked if they could help arrange a lake tour but on both occasions nobody got back to me. This may have been an issue with the Hotels.com platform??"
