Stayed at this location one night this past weekend (July 10, 2026), location was excellent, price was great, grounds and room were clean, but room (room #20) was extremely small, and couple of blood stains on towels, comforter, and shower curtain. Customer service / front desk lady (Daniela) horrible attitude. Upon arrival (roughly 3:30pm) we were “greeted” by Daniela. There was no smile, no warm welcome and we felt as if we were disturbing her day. We ignored her poor behavior and went on to our room. Not sure if Daniela chose our room or it was randomly assigned to us but it was extremely small (like for two people not three). We then called down stairs to request extra towels, since there was only one towel per person (one of my girlfriends likes to use two to three towels after a shower). Daniela answered and she said we couldn’t get more towels since we just checked in. Regardless we made the best of our little weekend getaway, just wished customer service (Daniela) had more training.
