"The hotel itself is new and in great shape. The chef for breakfast is very efficient. However the front desk and housekeeping are lacking. We waited 25 minutes at the counter to just check in. Once we got going, it was fine. But the day the housekeeper came, she only brought towels. Bed wasn’t made and only one trash was emptied. She must have spilled the other trash on the floor as there were egg shells all over the carpet from the hard boiled eggs we had from breakfast. She didn’t replace any of the toiletries and when we called the front desk to ask for some, the lady who answered asked me to come down and get it myself because she was busy. Two additional times we called or went down to the front desk and no one was anywhere to be found. Not the experience we were hoping for. "
