There was no one at the desk when I arrived at 8:30 PM. My keys were hanging up in a welcome packet. Easy access and a great room. Even a cup of coffee upon my departure. Wonderful. I would stay a week if I could.

Pet friendly. Clean. Convenient. Affordable

When we checked in there was no power due to the construction that was underway. Lots of stuff in the hallways and much renovation going on. Otherwise a nice stay, friendly staff and good cleanliness.

Great place to stay!!! Clean and precautions taken for Covid 19

It was very clean and nice. They even had a small snack area where you could get some snacks.

Free coffee 24/7. Property outdated by over 30 years but convenient location to Lake Powell (Bullfrog side) and clean rooms.

I want to preface this review with the fact that some of this stuff was not open due to COVID, so I did take that into account. The staff wasn't very friendly and the beds were the worst I have ever slept in. We way overpaid for this hotel/motel because the other close hotel was sold out. I will say that we stayed at the other hotel by the Marina and it was a SERIOUS UPGRADE.

On par with an older Motel 6. Has the lobby of a 4 star hotel but I'd give the rooms a 1-2 stars.

Orbitz charged 60.00 over what I could have reserved direct, for 2 nights in a 3 star hotel! In my book that's a ripoff and I will never use obit again. Word to the wise, check direct before you use this Web site and be careful the don't hihack your search.

Other than the resort operated by the National Park Service, it is about the only hotel within 60 miles of Bullfrog Marina, Lake Powell. We were there in late spring so I assume it was there per-season hours. The country store closed a bit early. It had BBQ grills and a pick nick area for guests. A average sized pool. Refreshments in the lobby were a bit on the short side, mostly coffee and tea no fruit, cookies. The popcorn popper was there but not hooked up. It was a good base camp for the lake and desert activities near by.

No food in the area, but room is comfortable and hotel is njce

Thank you for your feedback. Please note, due to our very, very remote location the costs of goods and services related to recreation cost more to provide and thus must be reflected in pricing for those choosing to recreate.
