Worked okay for our 1 night stay. I will say the description was a little deceptive. Said 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 tiwn bunk bed BUT what they meant was a bunk bed with a double on the bottom. our family of 5 had 1 of us sleeping on the floor because of that error in description. Could have been clearer for sure.
The cabin was clean. The grounds do not offer any amenities but our family of 5 did was comfortable for one night in the cabin. We used the fire ring at night. The city it is located in is very tiny but a good choice if you are passing through, it has all the things you might need.

Communication was excellent. Janae and Nancy went out of their way to help our stay. The towels were nice in cabin. The lobby was not open much.

We are sorry for the confusion. We often have 5 guests in this cabin. It was our expectation that 2 people would sleep in a queen bed, 2 in a double bed, and 1 in a twin bed. And yes, the twin bed is the top of a twin over double bunk bed. That would facilitate 5 people in beds so no one has to sleep on the floor. Thank you for helping us to clarify that.

I wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience with us. I did double check our listing on Orbitz. We are listed as Escalante Cabins & RV Park. Our previous name included the Resort title but we changed the name to more accurately reflect what we are. It would help us to know what sort of additional amenities you were hoping for. The lobby is normally open from 8 AM to 8 PM or longer if it is busy in the evening. I'm sorry we missed you. Our goal is customer satisfaction and excellence in every aspect of the customer's experience. I'm sorry you were disappointed.
