Had no WiFi for 5 days…only notified me 2 hours before I checked in. Original room faced the highway and was VERY noisy from traffic. I asked to be moved to another room and it was better. Nice stay

Spacious room, comfortable, clean beds. Bathroom needs to be redone/updated. It was difficult to adjust the shower. Hallways were very noisy but the room was quiet. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Less than par... need to do better

I stayed in the king suite with pets for 7 days. The bathroom/vanity was clean. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were not clean and the floors filthy...especially the bedroom. I did not raise the issue with the facility as i could not arrange to be there for cleaning service nor remove my pets. Instead i bought supplies and cleaned myself.

On my last night i found a small live roach crawling in my room. I killed it and was ok. 30 minutes later a larger one was crawling in front of my bed. I killed it and went to the front desk, they offered a room change with no problems and i accepted it. Outside of that, my stay was great.
