Summers in this area are often hot. There was no air-conditioning in the room. It was impossible to sleep or to stay in the room in general. Also, although smoking is not officially allowed, nobody enforces it, people were smoking en mass on the balconies, we could not open windows. The overall level of noise is high. Kitchenettes are good. Personal was friendly.

Hotel shuttle only available with 24 hours advance notice and has limited hours. None of this is communicated on Orbitz. Because of this we had to pay over $120 total for taxis both ways from Geneva airport. Nearly the cost of the room. Hotel staff was unhelpful and offered no compensation or accountability (blaming the customer and Orbitz) for the Best Western claim of “Free Shuttle” in Orbitz. Beware if hoping for a convenient or cost effective airport hotel. Poor WiFi in room Bedroom door would not shut fully due to interference with bed
I booked a room for an overnight stay that was close to Geneva International, and reasonably priced. Business Park fit the bill perfectly. The shuttle arrived at GVA at the agreed time, and brought me to the hotel swiftly. Check in was quick and courteous, and the room extremely clean and comfortable.
We came back from skiing in France. Needed one night near GVA because our flight left at 7 AM. PLEASE NOTE: Free shuttle IS NOT available 24/7. It starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 22:00. Also on the hotel website it says it requires a request 24 hour advance reservation and is subject to availability. All this is not mentioned on Orbitz. The cost of a taxi is 70 Euros each way at night. So plan carefully. They made a one time exception for us and I really thank them for doing so. Service was truly exceptional. As for the hotel and room. The hotel is very nice, fresh and clean. Our room was really wonderful. It was very clean. Towels were thick and enjoyable. The room was so nice that I asked if thy just opened the hotel. You also have a small kitchen with all the supplies if you want to dine in. Small dishwasher is provided as well. Bed was very comfortable. Shower room looked new, pretty and we enjoyed using it. All around excellent stay. We will stay again next year. We also liked the touch of providing 2 small chocolates (wish it were vegan, we don't hurt animals) and Lotus cookies (they are vegan) in addition to the usual coffee and tea.
The room was clean and comfortable, a lot of space. However the hallways were somewhat smelly. Laundromat was a big plus.

HOTEL OFFER FREE TRANSFER BUT IS RESTRICTED TO CERTAIN HOURS AND SURELY NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL UP 7 AM!!! AND MY FLIGHT WAS AT 7:20 AM... SO IN FACT IT DOES NOT COVER ALL TIME THE FREE TAXI THEY OFFER.
We stayed at the hotel on our visit to the Geneva motor show; the rooms were nice and clean. Very inconvenient in case you do not have a car though. The wireless covered only the small lobby area and not the rooms.

Dear Sir or Madam, First of all, we would thank you for your stay. Yes, you have to know that the shuttle service is available 24hours ot of 24... We know that the taxi is very costly in the region, that's why we have this shuttle service ! We are sorry that in this case the shuttle service was unhelpfull... Anyway, thank you again !
