I was attending a conference at Palexpo next to Geneva Airport terminal and this hotel is convenient for this location although you do need to use bus or taxi as private traffic across the border from Switzerland to France is always very busy and slow.

Friendly and helpful multilingual staff! The room was clean and ready early!

Was close to the Geneva airport and cheap for a night when my flight was cancelled. Hotel was clean but out of date.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel and staff are nice, and the rooms are spacious. Great quality for the price. The only hangup is that the hotel is advertised as being "4 mins from Geneva airport" and we found that it took 30-35 mins of public transportation plus walking to get there from the airport. The hotel does not have a shuttle. Upon leaving at 5 a.m. the next morning, the cab trip took about 12 mins with absolutely no traffic.

I travel a lot. Just last month I stayed in 9 different hotels. This, so called, hotel is the worse I've EVER seen. The facility is actually a dorm, which is used as a hotel during the summer time. I went thru 5 different rooms to find a more or less acceptable one. In one room the toilet looked like it was never EVER cleaned, in another - the curtains were badly torn right in the middle, and a single chair was broken. The CARPET EVERYWHERE was stained to the extend you would NOT want to step on it. I mean -EVERYWHERE! The building itself is old and smelly!!! Really, I run out of 'compliments". So if you have any option you should avoid this place at ANY COST!

I usually stay at this hotel, sometimes in good, sometimes in poor room. This time room was quite poor, dusty, overall too simple. No big wow, just for overnight stay.

good clean and efficient, we found it an excellent stop over while in Geneva. surprised there was no daily maid service, but they were responsive to requests for extra towels etc

It was a reasonable price and close to airport but taxi was expensive for an early morning flight. Too far from city. Nice to see Voltaire's home, but not much in city.

Nice small hotel, but situated farther from the airport that I excepted. Convenient to the rail station. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Close to the airport, on the French side. No airport shuttle, which cost me $55 going to and from the airport (add that to the hotel's price). Currently under renovation and with construction going on at the lobby, the hotel is a bit outdated, with dirty corridor carpets, but very clean and nice in the room, which was large, modern and with everything one needs for their stay. The staff was extremely helpful and nice too. A little hint: Swiss plug adapters do not work here, as the hotel is actually in France. Bring EU plug adapters as well.

Nice option as an airport hotel. Much smaller and more friendly than a typical airport hotel and you get picked up/dropped off at the airport 10 minutes away.

When we went up to our room, we found out that it had not been cleaned and it did not have curtains/blinds. We complained and they gave us another room... that had not been cleaned either. The third room was clean, but really cold. We turned the heating on, but it didn't warm up the room much, so we basically froze for two days. Also, the internet code they gave us didn't work either on our laptop or our cell. On the other hand, the room was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful...

Nice hotel, good restaurant, free wifi, clean room, friendly staff. Good price and great hotel for GVA area. Careful, the "free" hotel shuttle only runs limited hours and cab rides to and from the hotel are ridiculously expensive for how close the hotel is. However, compared to the price for other hotels in the area that do have a shuttle, it ended up still saving me money.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the Geneve Airport and listed an airport shuttle as one of the Amenities. When we arrived we called for the shuttle and was told it was broken and would not be fixed. I had to spend an extra $70 in transportation cost to and from the airport. The hotel staff was not helpful and offered no accommodation.

It's the nicest hotel I've seen in the area around Geneva airport / CERN. And it's situated in a fairly quant little town, as opposed to a lot of hotels around here that are just in the middle of nowhere. It seems a bit lacking on maintenance. The lamp on our bedside table is broken so the top with the bulb will actually come off. If you balance it the right way you get a connection and a light, but I don't know why they haven't changed it. There is no water in the pool, which is a bummer,[...]

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The restaurant was good and the room was very cute. Unfortunately it was bit expensive to get too and from. They don't have a bus to the airport and there is a city bus, but it only comes once an hour. This is fine if you coordinate ahead of time otherwise ~ 30CHF each way.

The hotel was close to the airport, as advertised. We got there late and left early, so can't comment on too much, other than it was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
