2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The apartment was in completely unacceptable condition regarding cleanliness and hygiene. The bathroom was extremely dirty and unusable during the entire stay. The bedding and room overall appeared poorly cleaned and unsanitary, creating a very uncomfortable experience. The location was also extremely problematic. The apartment is directly opposite a nightclub with loud noise and music continuing until around 6 a.m. every night. Afterwards, intoxicated people remained outside shouting and arguing, making sleep almost impossible. The neighbourhood felt unsafe, with suspicious activity, homelessness, prostitution, and constant disturbances around the area. This is not a suitable environment for travellers looking for a safe and peaceful stay. Unfortunately, due to lack of hotel availability in Thessaloniki and the refusal of the property to reimburse us for an early departure, we were forced to remain there for three days despite these unacceptable conditions. I am genuinely surprised this property is listed on Hotels.com as the minimum standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety were clearly not respected.

Kein Cafe kein Restaurant, einfach nichts. Die City ist zum Laufen zu weit. Man braucht ein Taxi oder ein Auto. Null Weiterempfehlung!

It seems the building is very new. Very clean. Staffs are also good. The only problem is its location. Not very convenient. Not many shops and restaurants in the area. But there is a big new clean mall between this hotel and the station. It is not very far. You can easily walk to the mall. But the street between the hotel and the mall is a dirty road without much traffic.
