Excellent location, great place, breathtaking view... but what can you do with all that if the staff is unpleasant?! Especially at the roof top.. the manager was unfriendly and not up to the standards of a five star hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The service is excellent. Breakfast is just perfect. Forget about the cheap rooms in advance thay are really bad. The suites are very nice and cozy. The mattresses must be replaced. They are very old and uncomfortable. That was the only part that wasn't good at all and that's important. The pool is very, very small. It is suitable for refreshment only. Thessaloniki is a nice city for only three days

I arrived with my family for 2 nights at this hotel. How I arrived immediately the bell Boy came to the car to drop off my luggage and park my car (parking costs 25 euros in hotel service or 13 if you park alone nearby). The reception welcomed us with a smile and the check-in process was prompt and efficient. We got 3 rooms, 2 spacious and one very small which even opening 2 suitcases was difficult, but this room has a balcony unlike the rest. A great breakfast is served on the roof with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is located in the best location in Thessaloniki !! Walking distance from the center and shopping, cafes and all the important sites of the city. highly recommend.

Old school hotel with great rooftop bar overlooking the central square, easy access to shopping, dining etc so very well located. English speaking staff that genuinely care that you enjoy the city and it's offerings

I have only been in this hotel for a few hours and it s been quite unpleasant. A couple of days before arrival I sent an email and placed 2 calls to request the spa pricing menu. I haven't received it yet..Upon arrival, I was asked to wait at least 30 min post check in time as my room was not ready. I was also shocked to be informed that 14:00 is not the hotel's check in time but the time the check in starts(!) so I should not be expecting to get a room at 14:00 but at any time after 14:00. When I finally got a room, it was not a double room as booked but a twin room. The room overall is not nice either, with dirty bedside mats and a very small bathroom.

I am very satisfied and happy with the a very nice and clear room with a fantastic view from balcony!!!!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ™πŸ™πŸ‡¨πŸ‡ΎπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‰πŸ’œIn addition the service from the staff at orizontes restaurant was excellent and very helpful. The aegeos spas was perfect with a very good massage from yiota.

The location of this hotel is amazing and walking distance from all the main touristic sites of Thessaloniki. We are a family of 4 and had two connecting rooms which were very spacious. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop garden offered a great view of the β€œLimani” in the Aristotelous Square. The breakfast on the rooftop garden had many options. Also, connected next to the hotel was an amazing pastry shop β€œPlaisir” which offered a great selection of sweets. Overall, this is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again next time we visit Thessaloniki.

Stayed at the Electra Palace for 3 nights. Everything about this hotel is sensational including the amazing breakfast. Will definitely be back. Location is also a big plus! Downstairs part of the hotel is a cafe. cake shop bakery which was amazing.

Check in was late. It was a very hot day and we had had a very early flight. No refreshment offered nor invitation to use pool while we waited. We later found out that children could not use the pool outside the hours of 9am-12noon. So no swim after sightseeing. Spa and pool staff extremely rude and humiliated children by refusing us entry to the pool in a very loud and aggressive way in front of other guests. Apparently children aren't allowed to use the pool because they can be noisy. My 14 and 11 year old daughters were definitely not noisy.

An old type , classic , respectable and wonderful stay. Generous breakfast on the roof top. Also the swimming pool is there. The view early morning is very different from the view before evening. Morning is quite, almost no people are seen while evening the huge piazza, is packed with people of every colour. So many tourists, immigrants, and local of course. Room was good size, massage was so so, though the price was fair. People in reception are helpful, especially Renia. One think I asked them to do in the future is giving guests detailed maps with google maps how to get to far away places like Meteora.
