The room is very noisy with a bathroom that smells musty. Due to works on water supply by the town, we were informed at the last minute and we had to live without water from midnight until the day after . No toilet, no shower.... When we asked for a small discount for the night nothing was done , even the coffee was not a compensation gift! 200€ for that! The breakfast is very average without "real" coffee. The worst hotel of my life§

We stayed over a busy weekend and the hotel for us did not live up to the promise of its website. It is clean and well situated with good showers. However it was quite basic and very noisy despite the advertised triple glazing. We had booked a Dream room, described as a “cocoon”, but were allocated a City View room. When we said it was too noisy, the staff were unable to move us and said Dream rooms are just as noisy. We won’t be going back.

This is a very good hotel, centrally located, the rooms are big and  comfortable. The staff is most welcoming and helpful. So why it is every good hotel and not excellent? The price of the rooms is reasonable but does not includes breakfast. You add 22 Euro for two people breakfast to include breakfast and when you ask for additional cap of coffee you are charged 2.5 Euro. Never and anywhere before!! I was limited to only one cup of coffee in hotel where the breakfast is included. I would definitely recommend this hotel but have breakfast in coffee shop near by. And it would be nice if they would put a tea/coffee tray in room.

We decided to stay at the Colors Urban hotel for the first two days of our first ever holiday in Greece and booked two double rooms. The hotel arranged for pickup and transport by taxi from the airport upon arrival, this at a very good price in comparison to the price of four bus tickets and the bother in dragging suitcases around until we found the hotel. So pickup and transport was right on time and efficient. We did arrive early but were still given one of the two rooms to move into and place luggage etc., and were able to move out and explore the city immediately and then receive the second room that evening. The hotel is strategically located near shopping and restaurant areas where it’s a pleasure to take dinner and also listen to lovely live Greek music. Check in was short and sweet and we were personally shown to our rooms. Excellent personal touch. Rooms are pleasantly designed and all necessary amenities are available. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and lent for a good nights sleep on our first day. Medium size, yet large enough to suffice. The room, as is the hotel, is spotless. Furthermore, there is a pleasant aroma in the room that is also nice. We did choose to book our rooms on a room only basis as we like to take our breakfasts outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves a very diverse menu and we did actually take a late lunch there. Food was fresh and delicious. Service (Mr.Panos) was second to none. We saw that the restaurant is very busy throughout the day, and when we saw the portions being served, we really understood why and how the standard of the restaurant reflects the hotel’s uncompromising high standards. The following day we also took relaxing massages at the hotel’s wellness center called “massage me”. I took a deep tissue massage which was the best massage I have had for many years. My masseuse, Paulina, is a true expert in her art and is to be truly commended on how she represents the hotel’s interests. Thank you Paulina. In short, the Colors Urban hotel in Thessaloniki is a truly excellent and unique hotel, offering her guests virtually anything that their hearts may desire. This hotel started our holiday out in the best way possible, and I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this lovely city. I for one, will surely return to this fabulous establishment on my next visit to Greece.

Hi, I was with my family for 5 nights in the hotel. The reception crew is very patient, helpful and very very nice. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Even though the location is very loudly, the hotel room gives the desired quite. Next time in the city we will definitely stay in this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights during a very hot spell in the city. Our room was a large sea view room on the fifth floor. The air conditioning was very effective and we heard no noise at all from the Main Street below because of the effective soundproofing. The bed was super comfortable and there was a good sized well equipped bathroom. The room and public areas were very stylish and immaculate. The hotel is positioned centrally with a short walk to lots of excellent restaurants and bars and many of the major sights in the lower city. Best of all were the friendly and very helpful staff at reception and in the Garden Bar. They were delightful; all you ask for in a hotel. The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety and with an “all you can eat” buffet for E11. The only slight grumble (and it is really minor and reflects just how good our experience was) was that they charged for a second cup of their excellent coffee!? The price was slightly higher than some other nearby hotels but we thought that the experience we had reflected great value for money.

Stayed at Colors for two nights, my room was perfect- beautiful, clean and quiet. The food was great and the location is excellent! But most importantly all staff members were super polite, trying to make my staying as pleasurable as possible. Visiting 2-3 different hotels per month I assure this team is inspired and I cannot wait to return . Extra points : my room had an extra comfortable hammock 💕.

Visited in December 2018. The hotel is located in a prime location in Tsimiski Street, Everything is within walking distance. Clean and very spacious rooms. Each room has it's own theme which is very nice :)

Original place, spacious room, minimalist furniture stile, bright and positive space. Extraordinary and functional interior. Renovated with interesting style. In the inner centre of Thessaloniki. We stayed in a quiet and excellent room behind the hotel`s cozy main entrance. Great, comfortable beds. In the room, there was a great swing (made of rope) where our 6 years old child even wanted to sleep. Hotel is clean, with friendly and helpful staff. They are all child, and family friendly people. Interesting restaurant, world-class barista, and you can eat and/or have a drink just outside the restaurant on a few tables in a quiet street. What could be improved is: laundry service to be maybe provided in the hotel itself. The hotel has outsourced this service and I believe it is a bit pricey – at least for children clothes. In general: Fantastic place to stay. Everything that we saw in the hotel looks exactly as on the managerial photos. Our stay was 4 nights long in the beginning of sunny May 2019. We would like to come back again.

A bit overpriced, unfortunately. Paid almost 90 euros/night for a double room without breakfast. The only other complaint that I have, is the noise coming from the street ("city-view" room, facing Tsimiski St.). The hotel is situated in an old building, fully renovated into a contemporary and stylish hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also adequately sized and equipped. Supposedly, each room is unique as far as design goes. Ours was blue. The large window was overlooking the ever-busy Tsimiski street The reception area is quite small and the reception staff is very nice and helpful (all of them). A cafe/bar also exists in the other side of the reception area which seems quite decent as well. Parking is not provided by the hotel, but there are a couple of nearby parkings that offer discounts to hotel guests. Last but not least, the location is excellent! Right in the city center, next to Aristotelous Sq, a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping centers, all within walking distance.
