Check in staff could have been a little more welcoming and informative. We were asked if we’d stayed before to which I said no. We were then just handed a map and I had to ask how to get to the pool and breakfast.
Room was ok.
Pool area however was disappointing.
My cocktail was so packed of ice, very little cocktail for $18.
There was 14 kids left unsupervised in the spa so unable to enjoy. At one point there was a 3 year old boy in the spa with floaties, unsupervised. He stayed in there by himself for well over 20 mins.
Heaps of kids running around unsupervised. My daughter and I stayed for a girls night but it wasn’t as enjoyable as I’d hoped. We ended up having to get out the pool as two young boys were throwing a hot wheels car very aggressively and I was worried we were going to get hit in the face/head.
There was a large group of mums with many kids. When they left, they walked away past the tennis courts and it seemed they weren’t even staying at the hotel. I’m not sure if this is a thing where outside visitors can access the pool.
The pool gate would not accept our door cards so we constantly had to wait for someone to give us access.
Upon check out, we wasn’t even asked how our stay was and if we had a good time. Very disappointed with the experience sadly.
