You will have a great sleep on brand new, luxury, high end mattresses. You will love the bright kitchen with breakfast nook, counter stools, and luxurious coffee bar that uses ground, Kurieg and nespresso coffee! Enjoy your favorite beverage on the private, enclosed, lanai.
Our third bedroom is set up as a office with a queen sleep sofa and your own “lending library. This home is newly renovated with Pella windows and quartz counter tops.
This beautiful home is minutes from some of the best shopping, pools, dining, golf, and pickleball in the villages! Golf cart included (4 seater available upon request).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
