Perfect location between two of the best town squares. Golf cart that was provided was clean and gased-up so you can drop your bags and go! Home came with everything you need to cook and rest up for your next adventure.

The home was clean and well maintained. Perfect location to Landing and Paddock Squares. Several great golf courses close by (Palmer and Glenview were great!). If you have a hound, the fenced in backyard was perfect!

Very clean and convenient location. A couple of small things that would have made it easier for us:1 a small cooler to take to the pool or golfing, concerts etc. We flew from Michigan so couldn’t bring that. 2 Leave guest passes at the house. There was a small hiccup with the guest passes and we had to go twice to Lake Sumpter to pick them up 3 Salt and Pepper. We got groceries for our week stay and but there wasn’t any salt and pepper. We didn’t expect a stocked kitchen but salt and pepper would have been great.

Typically the photos are better, but this property it was better in person. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Both bedrooms had an attached bath and made it very convenient when sharing with my cousins. I look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The villa truly had anything and everything you could possibly need — from kitchenware to extra towels, games, and so many little touches that made us feel right at home.You can tell the host put a lot of care into making guests comfortable, even including thoughtful extras you don’t usually find in vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable, the decor was modern and inviting, and the entire space felt fresh, clean, and relaxing. We did have to contact Erik once and he quickly responded. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable getaway!
