Welcome to Margaritaville! This 3 BR, 2 BA house with a POOL and large lanai is awaiting your stay! The BRs are beachy with 1 king and 2 queens. The open kitchen, dining and living area has a 75" tv - great for relaxing, but the real gem is enjoying the lanai with plenty of seating, a grill, firepit, and a beautiful pool with wall so you are completely secluded from people and surrounded by lush plants. Then hop in the golf cart to enjoy music at any of the nearby squares. Pure Luxury!
The Village of Amelia is a fabulous location in The Villages. They enjoy beautiful homes and villas in friendly neighborhoods located between the Mallory Hill and Havana Country Clubs. The closest recreation center is Odell for pickleball and a large pool and all squares are close by such as Lake Sumter Landing (5 mins) and Spanish Springs (10 mins) and Brownwood (10 mins) . Colony Plaza Shopping Center which has plenty of restaurants , a grocery store, walmart, walgreens, gas and shopping is only 5 mins from the house.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
When entering The Villages, if there is a gate, proceed through the visitor lane and just push the button to lift the gate; you do not need a pass.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FRIENDLY HOME WITH APPROVAL. Contact Village Valet before booking. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Nice home in villages
Very nice home in the villages. Location great villages are an awesome property very clean and loved the area. A little disappointed with the pool at the home as we only had use of it for 2 days out of the 10. It was in need of repair and had to wait for parts. Other than that we certainly would return for a vacation

Clean home community passes not so much
The house is clean and freshly painted. Everything worked as it should. It doesnt have a toaster. I feel we could have used it. The pool has heat but it wasnt on. It also has a golf cart , but i didnt see that. Also it would be nice to have a mirror in any of the bedrooms. The agency sent me a form march 11th to fill out for passes names, dob, addresses. I filled it out same day. I received the response email that it was received. Upon arrival there were no passes. I called the agency. A woman with a not so pleasant tone said... well we asked you to fill out this for and you didnt. I explained i did and received the reponse email. I sent it to her and she said well i dont have it. Then said i can do you a favor and submit it for you and it will take 48 hours. I said i leave in 3 days.. she said she will push it through but the management wont be happy. She sent us to the office in sumter square. She emailed an hour later and told me your passes are ready for picknup. I drove there they didnt know i existed. 2 more hours later 50 for 2 cards then a drive to another center for guest passes and 7 more forms and another hour to get the passes. I wasted 5 hours of my first day on the passes that should have been waiting for me. They emailed me later saying sorry " I " was confused. I plan on coming back next year. But not through this agency.

Margaritaville for the win!
The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice beds, sheets & towels. It was a nice bonus to have a golf cart available and we enjoyed sitting outside around the pool!
