This is a unique option to be on a small home boat on the harbor. All basics were provided, dishes, seating, honor bar, adjustable heat, etc. Two outdoor spaces to sit or lounge on top of boat space. Two small beds were comfy although one felt more tipped by waves. You are definitely on a boat in moving water but it’s set up for that with kitchen and bath stability. I would stay there again for longer next time. Very convenient to local town amenities with several restaurant options nearby.

Perfect unique accommodation right on the ocean. Cleaned and restocked daily to a high standard. Included daily breakfast delivery was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the Houseboat Company was fantastic from time of booking throughout until after check-out. I would highly recommend this accommodation & will definitely be staying with them again in any of the countries they are located.

We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. We had unknowingly booked the smallest room with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a pull out bed. It was very nice but we wanted a slightly bigger space. Sandra took us to see two other units we could choose from for only a small additional fee per night. Breakfast was included and delicious. Again, Sandra took care of us. We had an early tour our first morning and an early flight the second morning so she brought our breakfast the night before. We stayed here in February and the price was very reasonable. I found out that summer prices are much higher. I’m so glad we had this amazing experience. You fall asleep to the ocean gently rocking you. The marina and breakwater prevent the huge waves outside the enclosure from reaching the houseboat.
