In March 2018 I stayed at the Mercure for 4 nights. The location was idea, a short walk from the train station and close to tram and bus stops which made moving around easy as it was cold and walking was not very pleasant. I used the tram to go to Delft and the train to go to Arnhem as well as the bus. The room was well appointed and the window could be opened at the top to let in some fresh air. However the noise from the trams and the street meant it was better to sleep with the window closed. There was a conference in the hotel at the time I was there which meant there was some noise in the evenings as participants returned home in the evening. Breakfast was busy but there was plenty of seating available and the food was replenished quickly when it ran out.

It was a 3 day's family stay. This hotel has a very nice location tram, transport very close, right in the Den Haag's center.WIFI! Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast is just gorgeous. Fruits salad, eggs, ham, cheese, bread, vienoiseries, juices ect...Rooms are perfect, bar and places to rest at the reception. Den Haag is full of nice streets and restaurants, the beach is nice for walking. We will come back in this hotel next time.

The Mercure is very conveniently located in walking distance to most important venues in the city. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice stylish room on the 10th floor overlooking the city. The hotel has a large value-to-money ratio.

Because we are location hopping on this break, we decided to pick hotels close to the railway stations. The Mercure in The Hague has been a great success, no pretty view from the room window but very smart and comfortable. It is extremely walkable from the train station with luggage. The room facilities are just what you would expect and the price is really good - 90 euros for a double. It is also an easy walk to the sights, loving The Hague.

The hotel is in a great location and Den Haag/Hague is a great place to visit. There is no parking at the hotel and the overnight parking rate in the public car park they send you to is 30 Euros which is not mentioned anywhere. This makes this hotel expensive as an option and i would look elsewhere in future. We regularly use Accor hotels and will probably use them again but not this hotel. Spoilt a good weekend.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The room might be big but NOT clean enough. Pillows were full of dust. A slight smell of non fresh air inside the room. The mini bar was EMPTY (and this is a 4 star hotel), Linens did not have a nice smell. Towels were rough and smelling bad instead of detergent. No Parking for cars. Nearest parking costs minimum 10 euros per day and is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The price of 115 euros per night with breakfast for a 4 star hotel is way too much for such quality and compared to other 4 star hotels in other countries. In general, Dutch hotels are far below the standards of 3 or 4 star hotels around the world. The only good thing was that it is near the city center - 10 minutes walking and nice breakfast lasting until 12pm!!! + Big room

I worked at a two day event for 35 people in a large conference room.It was an excellent venue from a presenters point of view with good audio visuals and every connecting option that I needed. The room had good acoustics. It was spacious and well equipped . The snacks in the morning and afternoon were well provided and of good quality. The buffet lunch in the 1st floor restaurant had good variety and was of a decent quality. In my opinion an iodeal venue for a small conferecne.

We stayed for a night in the hotel due to some work of Embassy in The Hague. The hotel is walkable distance to the Central Station and the shopping area. The hotel is fine. The Entrance of the hotel need to be clean up as it seems pretty dirty. The hotel lift to reaching the hotel is bit older. But its fine with the price of the hotel in the central. Overall hotel hospitality is nice and hence clean from inside as well.. Just need to look after is outside

the hotel is located very close to the DenHaag central station, so it becomes convenient to commute. facility is typically a business hotel with no frills, rooms are clean and comfortable. breakfast buffet is average, they have a fresh juice machine. service is decent, they prompty support what they can. i had an issue with the billing - they blocked my card and then while settling processed another transaction. once they realised the error it was prompty reversed - took me some followup with the credit card company to get the credit reflected. staff was helpful overall.

Not a charming hotel. Rooms in the winter are quite cold. Very spartan, yet not uncomfortable. Decent breakfast. No gym facilities. Located four blocks away from the central train station. Reasonably priced for what it offers.
