The check-in staff was nice and friendly. However, there was some confusion about the room I had reserved and paid for. Apparently, it was not available due to a wedding party. They placed us in a handicap room that was not up to the standards we are used to. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and been pleased.

Check in process was great! This hotel was good for one night! The gym and pool were closed for maintenance. The breakfast needs help! The pancake machine was down, no other options for waffles or pancakes, the cooler was out of service, no milk other than what was sitting out on the counter. Drink machine only apple juice and water working, most of the other food was out, waited 15 min before any new food was put out and others were complaining also..
