These Louisiana girls had a great time in Texas this weekend shopping and it was great to come back to a relaxing room.

Overall great hotel. Great staff that was extremely friendly and was helpful with every question that I had. Room was very clean and also very comfortable. The hotel was under a bit of renovations and updates during stay and hotel staff made sure that all construction areas were clean and no debris was in the way.

The overall stay was good, but seemed to be understaffed because had to wait 10 minutes at front before someone came to the front desk to wait on us to check in. They had a sign stating they were helping another guest. Then later went to ask for blankets and had to wait for someone to show up again. Also the elevator was EXTREMELY SLOW.

My husband and I always feel welcomed to the Holiday Inn Express in Terrell, Texas. The staff made an extra effort to see that we had what we needed to make our stay wonderful. We've booked this place many times before and we have never been disappointed. Very clean, too!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the staff was super kind and pleasant. Our ONLY complaint was the air conditioning unit. It was so loud that in order to hear the tv we had to crank the sound up to about 40 then when the air would cut off the tv would be BLARING!

very clean rooms, close to outlet mall and food.

location very good - staff excellent - business center out of service - not acceptable

From check-in to check-out, this place did not disappoint. Super friendly staff and fresh-baked cookies at check-in. Clean, comfortable room. Fresh bedding and comfortable beds - even enough pillows, which is a rarity. We requested a handicapped-accessible room, which we received. The bathroom was large and easy to manuever in, and the shower had no barriers to stepping-in, and included a shower chair. The morning breakfast included eggs, sausage, many other continental offerings, and the most delicious cinnamon rolls we have tasted in a while. It was minutes from the Canton flea markets, and next door to an outlet mall. Numerous restaurants close by. Avoid at all costs the Fat Katz seafood in town, however.

The Holiday Inn Express: Terrell was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly. No dining options (limited breakfast buffet) other than breakfast, however restaurants were close. I would definitely recommend for business travel.

Very clean and comfortable.would recommend to anyone..did wait about 20-30 minutes to get checked in, but probably because it was busy due to Cantons first monday trade day.
