Our room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was very good except the orange juice was overly diluted. The elevator needed reflooring. We didn't like the shower head. The toilet paper and facial tissue was too cheap. It would be nice if there was a small tray to bring food back to my room.

This is by far the WORST customer care by the site manager and her team! She was extremely rude and unprofessional after a staff member who had checked me in two hours prior, came busing in my room door while I was in bed!!!!!!!!! On top of the experience, I had to pay to be treated as such.
