The picture of hotel on Orbitz was great - once into parking lot with 8 potholes and lobby/hallways under contruction were bad. Food was bad. Rooms were ok but still not fully updated. I feel the price we paid was too much for what we received. Headed to McDonald's for breakfast - that bad. Adjoining rooms had loud and obnoxious people all night. I paid for 2 rooms since my daughter and us were attending a DePauw softball game for the weekend - very disappointed - really would like a refund or credit to a different Wyndham chain. We will not be staying at this location ever again.
I thought the hallways needed vacuuming and door glass cleaned Pillows and bed were comfortable. Hotel room seemed to support quietness. Good water pressure. Thought shower curtain should be freshened up.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Good price. Bed linen was not the cleanest - i found stray hair on the bed after i turned down the top sheet.
Satisfactory for an overnight stay. It’s nice that they allow dogs. The back door doesn’t seem to lock, which is not particularly comforting when one considers safety.
Room was clean, but was a converted smoking room. It reeked of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, no complaints.
Room was very comfortable. staff was exceptionally friendly not only to us, but everyone else checking in.

Fast and friendly check-in at this hotel, but people should know up front that there is no elevator. It's a 2 story hotel, with access to all rooms from inside. No elevator wasn't a problem for us, but it was for the elderly couple checking in behind us. The hotel is quiet - my husband and daughter went out to pick up supper after we checked in, and when they came back, they asked if I heard someone yelling down the hall, but I never heard a thing!
Great staff, coffee and breakfast served early, good if you are an early riser as we are. Of course not motel's fault but it is a no smokers motel due to Indiana's dumb law. Other wise nice place to stay.
