Helpful staff, modern room, and walk-able area

The staff was very helpful even though I spoke English. The hotel room looked new and modern. I loved that the air conditioning made the room feel very cool during the hot day. The place is right in the middle of everything. Lots of good places to eat around the corner and a short walk to "el centro". I especially liked the secured parking offered to me at no additional charge.

The rooms were good but the property does not have an elevator and they expect guests to be very quiet when they are surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Something to consider.

The hotel facilities are in good condition. Staff is friendly. However, they enforce this absurd policy of giving you only one door keycard per room. We had to scramble on how to go out and move around the town. When I asked for another card, they refused. Furthermore, the room requires the card to turn on the lights and a/c. With temperature of around 95 F you can imagine how hot the room was when we returned after walking around. But overall, if you are willing to accept that absurdity, it is ok.

Nice looking clean, very small room. Black mold appears to be in the bathroom wall??? NO HOT water and no parking. Parking for the hotel is 4 blocks away. Small one way street on the front of the hotel limited you to park and get your suite case out. I found it over priced for what they offer.

Me gusto que esta a escasos pasos de la plaza principal. La dirección te manda para otro lado pero puedes preguntar y la gente te sabrá decir como llegar. El cuarto muy limpio y ordenado. El hotel esta muy bonito. Debo mencionar como extra que no hay espejo de cuerpo completo en las habitaciones, no cuentan con elevador, y mi habitación no contaba con shampoo. Si necesitas plancha se debe preguntar en recepción por ella.
