The restroom was old and the rust around the base of the shower showed it. The motion light in the restroom was crazy, going off in the middle of you doing your business on the toilet and while showering. The shower was cramped and not pleasant to shower in. Jefferson Rd must be the local race track. I chose that side of the property to stay away from the freeway noise on the other side but it didn't matter because the drag racing was just as bad. Front desk staff was very nice and very pleasant smell when entering the hotel. Handicap door release didn't work and should be a priority to fix. Temecula is a beautiful city to visit amd I hope the hotels will reflect the city's value to make ot an unforgettable experience.

The pool is not working. Under construction. It doesnt say that on the website. The room key wasn't working as well. So we had to go to the front desk to get it fix. The back parking lot is full of construction containers

This property does not offer two double beds with sofa foldout as we reserved. Pool and hot tub was under construction and closed. These were the two main reasons for choosing this property. Had we had the time, we would have canceled our stay and chose another hotel in the area.

The check in process was quick and the lady was friendly. The hotel is okay everything needs a little tlc to re do outdated things all over the place. The room was clean. The bathroom sink has big cracks in it. The bed was comfortable enough for me. I would say that this is more of a business friendly hotel no frills than a family hotel. Free parking is a plus. Tv is a bit small. Bonus points for a coffee maker microwave and fridge in the room. The room just needs a general re fresh on decor. The air conditioner is loud and so is the toilet when flushed. Ear plugs would be a good idea if you’re a light sleeper. You can walk to Wendy’s in n out burger or Arby’s easily from the hotel if you get hungry during your stay. The breakfast was very good and was one of the best I have had from a hotel in a long time. Bacon eggs oatmeal coffee pastries pancakes toast juice and fruit. A very nice breakfast sure to get your day started on a full tummy. The breakfast service lady was very nice and accommodating when things ran low be sure to tip her she’s working hard.

We were awaken at 3 am with the fire alarm blaring. It was kind of chaotic as people were just standing in thhe halls not knowing what to do. Some of us exited the building through the stairwells. We were gathered in front of the lobby or just inside the door. Finally a young woman came in and said it was a false alarm and to go back to our rooms. We did and found people on our floor standing in the hall asking if they needed to leave. I think the communication could have been better. There were many who thought someone was smoking in a non smoking hotel.

The lights in the parking lot were all broken so it's very dark at night. We were told that it's been broken for 2 months and they don't know when they will be replaced. Also, there was a false fire alarm going off at 3 am one night we were there. And the front desk staff looked like they don't want to be there....urrrrrgggghhhh....

During my stay, I noticed that the hotel appeared to be understaffed, which led to some delays during check-in, taking about 15 minutes. Additionally, there was an unusual odor in the rooms that could be improved upon. The laundry facilities were limited, with only two washers and one dryer available for the entire hotel, one of the washers was out of order, leaving my children's uniforms damp. Unfortunately, I had to re-dry them in the morning. Regarding breakfast the following day, it seemed that there was only one staff member handling cooking, which contributed to delays; the pancakes were not ready until close to 7:00 AM, despite the 6:30 AM start time. I found the quality of the food to be lacking, as it was often dry and undercooked. The juices did not have much flavor, and sadly, the coffee did not meet expectations either. Overall, the breakfast experience could use significant improvements. Given these challenges, I would likely consider other options for future stays.

Too pricey for the condition

Our room smelled of cigarettes, the tv was tiny and we had to call for help as it was not working. The smoke detector was inactive & hanging on the wall.
