The staff was cheerful and helpful. However, our room service was skipped 2 days in a row and there was a false alarm on the fire system requiring complete evacuation 3 days in a row! Wonderful being forced out at 5:15 A.M. Beautiful hotel but getting a little worn, could use a refurbishment. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staff looked like they were playing games on the computers, my daughter checked in and there was a guy in the shower and towels all over(We think it was a staff member) lobby was nice, but rooms old and dirty and no daily house cleaning. Breakfast was a mess. Not enough seating and the lines to get get omelettes was like being at Disney.

As usual, the room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and we felt like home. The bath room had a motion sensor light which worked very well! The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The Happy Hour perk was great, but I wish they had more snack options, like veggies or fruit. The breakfast omelette was delicious, however, the hot plates which contained the potatoes and sausage were empty. The check out process was fast and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was good, check in was fast and easy, price was low, holiday decorations were beautiful, free parking was a plus, rooms were clean but outdated. The amenities were great. The most disappointing part was breakfast. They run out of everything, lines were too long and health standards were not followed at all. Very unappealing environment to eat breakfast. They need to have enough staff to accommodate daily guests and make enough food for people to enjoy and not feel frustrated.

Nice hotel! The complimentary drinks/snacks and full breakfast was a perk! Great location. The fire alarm was accidentally set off and kids making a lot of late night noise above us making it hard to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise, very friendly staff and good experience.
