A cozy leather sofa, vibrant red armchair, and rustic wood rocking chair all gather around the stone fireplace and large HDTV, creating the perfect spot for the whole family to relax together. Lots of plush throw pillows and velvety soft blankets ensure that everyone is comfy.

A formal DINING AREA with a large table sits underneath an elegant chandelier and leads right into the KITCHEN. Caramel-colored wood cabinets and gleaming granite countertops form an efficient U-shaped workspace. High-end appliances include a smooth-top electric range, drawer microwave, dishwasher, and stainless-steel refrigerator. There’s some extra seating at the peninsula bar, as well.

Riverside B201 was well-designed to provide complete privacy for groups, with all three of the bedroom suites located on the lower floor, away from the gathering spaces. The PRIMARY SUITE features a luxe king-size bed, large HDTV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The next GUEST BEDROOM includes a split king-size bed and an attached full bathroom, while the final guest bedroom is a BUNK ROOM— complete with two twin-over-twin-size bunks and an ensuite bathroom.
