Excellent ski in/out property in Mountain Village. Staff was great! Location also great, walkable to most restaurants/bars in MV. Free gondola was a 7 min walk. Our room was more than adequate except the mattress was pretty worn(deep indentation in my side)....might be time for a new mattress.

Due to COVID, no amenities available. But you still get tagged with a resort fee and exorbitant valet fee.

The location is terrific and the ski-in, ski-out valet service wonderful. Great value for the price. Spa and workout facilities are exceptional.

Beautiful location, excellent facilities. Good place to come relax in off season

The property is beautiful and by and large the staff was pretty helpful and friendly. Some things in the spa/pool area seemed to be either broken or under renovation, which was a little disappointing given the time of year. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The patio views at The Peaks is spectacular! The mountains and golf course are beautiful! The Spa has everything you could possibly want. Treatments, classes, equipment and pools( plus a slide) all amazing!

Great property-I wish the pool would stay open past 8pm, it was a little disappointing.

The property is in a great location, within waling distance of local shops and restaurants. But it is about 20 minutes from the town of Telluride since you have to take the gondola to get there.

We valeted our car which one of the drivers sideswiped a ballard causing yellow paint and scratches along the side of the car. I understand accidents happen, but the fact that no one even told us and am lucky my husband noticed it. When we brought it up to the valet(which you have to pay for since they don't have free parking) they apologized and told us we'd have to check back with them in the morning to talk to the supervisor. When I talked to him the next morning he just said he was doing an incident report. We now have to take it to a shop to get estimates to fix it which is inconvenient in itself. Both myself and my husband work in customer service/hospitality and we're just appalled in the lack of effort to make things right. I actually had to ask to get our parking comped, because no one offered anything. We stayed at the Peaks a few years back and we enjoyed our stay, but this was awful. I even sent a email to the hotel explaining my frustrations and have yet to receive a response. We unfortunately have reservations in September that are unrefundable otherwise I would never stay at this hotel again.

The pros are the location, grounds and views are fantastic. The amenities are nice and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Cons... loud! Thin walls and car/truck noise was very annoying! Parking fee ($24 a day) is ridiculous and should be included in the daily resort fee. It's expensive enough and should be included.

Hotel had nice amenities. Prices for everything are a bit high but you expect that in a mt town. Such beautiful scenery and great walking hiking trails.

The hotel has beautiful views and very nice facilities- it was recently renovated and the renovations are great!

Great hotel common areas and spa. Pool is great. Hotel is fairly convenient to the common areas in mountain village. None of the hotel rooms have air conditioning. Windows are adequate to keep the room cool with fans. Make sure to notify the staff to open the windows in your room before you arrive.

The peaks hotel looked very nice at face value, but once we were in our room it became a big overpriced disappointment. It was a very hot day and they have no air conditioning only fans, it made sleeping very difficult. I sleep with a CPAP machine and they only had one working electrical outlet, so we had to unplug lights just so we could use my CPAP and a portable fan we found in the closet. The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleep on the small couch. I guess I just expected more from a $200 hotel visit.

The room was very nice. The staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in 2 hours before the check-in time. I didn't like that breakfast and parking were not included in the nightly rate. The restaurant was a little slow and the food was ok, not great. The room didn't have cable TV. I liked the pools and the sauna. Very clean and nice. The game room was also fun.

beautiful hotel and excellent location. Only complaint is that fitness area is only open when spa is open and closes at 8:30.
