Ballard House was beautiful inside, clean, and comfortable. It had new furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. Communicating with the manager was easy and he (Luke) responded quickly to my inquiries. We loved the location in the heart of Telluride and would definitely recommend this condo.

Falsely advertised. We never stayed. It advertised as a king bed and there was a Queen bed there. Called and told the owners this wasn't acceptable and asked for refund. Haven't seen a refund or heard from them.

Ballard House is the best location

You can't really beat Ballard House for location. This property is on the park side of the building, meaning a beautiful view of the mountains from the bed and no street noise. There is a ski locker, but be sure to bring a lock as one is not supplied. Only missing items in kitchen were a teflon coated frying pan and a salad bowl. Communication with rental company was excellent. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the kitchen chairs and sofa are peeling pleather, completely worn out. Bed was comfortable but one side did lean. The cleanliness of the place was fantastic and no stains on carpet. The owner claims they will replace furniture after this ski season is over, with that, this will be a 5 star rental.

Fantastic time at this condo which is so central to everything you want to do. 2 block walk to practically everything. Cozy place with nice amenities and covered parking in the basement. plenty of supplies provided. loved this place !
