Excellent accommodations with everything that you need (and everything works!). The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away to the Telkuride Gondola and all the restaurants and breweries. The only thing that should’ve been mentioned in the VRBO listing is that there is no elevator for a 3rd floor condo, which makes it challenging to carry up heavy luggage 3 flights of stairs (at 8,754 ft altitude).

Perfect location, apartment gets a little small with 4 adults

Great little apartment perfectly located steps from the gondola and the main street of Telluride. The apartment was clean, easy to find, and well appointed. Great decor and comfy couch. It is a smaller flat so with 4 adults it can start to feel a little small. Definitely make sure you are comfortable with the rest of your party (one bathroom). The parking space and ski locker were a great added bonuses. Could have benefitted from a few more hooks / places to hang coats, ski clothes, etc. but all in all a great little gem.

Amazing Location

We were very pleased with this cute 2 BR Apartment. The kitchen had all the needed supplies, the location was quiet but right in the heart of town and we even got a parking spot! Wow, what more could you ask for? Great time, thank you!

This place was 100 yards away from the lift, and 100 yards from après. We couldn't ask for anything better for a family ski vacation to Telluride.

Perfect Town of Telluride Location

Very comfortable base for a week of skiing Telluride. Clean, well-equipped, quality (no frills) accommodation in good shape. The location is outstanding: two-minute walk to the Oak Street lift and the Gondola. Great restaurants within five- to ten- minute walk; bakery, liquor store, and smallish grocery store closer than that. (The larger market, Clark’s, is only a 15-minute walk away.) This was a perfect base for my adult son and me.

Perfect Location

Nothing beats walking less than 2 blocks to the gondola or restaurants. The hosts communicated very well and the place was very clean and accommodating.

Great condo and excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Spiral Staircase condo. The apartment was attractive, comfortable and had everything we needed. We also loved being so close to the gondola, ski rental and all of our favorite Telluride restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Family getaway with our adult son

This property met our expectations and then some. Staff was very friendly and inviting, allowing us to check in a little early without issue. Upon arrival the condo was very clean, well furnished and actually slightly larger than expected. The welcoming bottle of wine and coffee was very appreciated! Condo is in prime location for walking to the gondola, restaurants and trails. We had a rental car and there was a parking garage available for our use which was convenient. Beds were comfortable-we had them push the double beds together for our son and it worked out great. I was concerned about the noise because it’s right next to restaurants with music but everyone seemed to respect the curfew and we were able to sleep just fine. Cooking wise-condo was well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again. Great stay!

Only a two short blocks to free gondola and chair 8. Right in the heart of town. Two great breweries literally next door on either side. Perfect spot for a father/son long weekend.

Great stay! Very easy to access skiing and catch the free gondola to mountain village. Apartment was well furnished for cooking and relaxing. Super convenient to restaurants and bars on the main street
