Very nice contemporary lodging very close to the beach and many great restaurants and stores. The service was great but my only complaint was that my room was not ready at the designated check in time and I was told I would have to wait three additional hours due to the sabbath. This Possibility should be made clear at the time of booking. Housekeeping was also slow to clean my room daily but this was corrected quickly when I informed reception. Overall a very pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel.
We enjoyed our short stay at The Port. The staff and very welcoming and knowledgeable and what to do and where to go in the city. The Port offers a welcome contrast to the tower block edificies "downtown". One of the city beaches is only a five minute potter away (bring your own own beach towel). The northern part of the city has less to offer most tourists so factor in a few bus journeys down to more central districts and Jaffo. The rooms are perfectly adequate with good showers in the bathroom. I wouldn't say the rooms are particularly "boutique-like" whatever that means. Breakfast is fine (with a nice lady in charge) although it could be a bit more generous.
The hotel was booked for my by the event organiser so I did not have the choice of where I would liked to stay. Positive : The staff are very welcoming , professional and pleasant but I found the hotel disappointing. Negative: The room felt old and really quite small, no desk to sit and work and the bathroom was OK and at least half the size of the bedroom. The breakfast was very basic with no hot food but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Positive: Wifi was free and really was very good. As someone who is on the road most of the year working I do like a good comfortable hotel but I would choose another hotel next time
Sweet boutique hotel. Friendly staff, a nice clean room with a modern bathroom, and a great location one block from the exciting Port area of Tel Aviv. Breakfast choices more than adequate including outdoor tables.
We were staying for just one night. . High level services and rooms Welcoming and nice staff. Located in the center of the city. You can also rent electric bikes from the hotel. Enjoyable breakfast served at pleasing hours. Elad & Yves
I only stayed for four days at Port Hotel though these were memorable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were always helpful and made certain guests had what they needed even at odd hours. I will definitely come back and stay at the Port Hotel on my next trip to Tel Aviv. 😍
The Port Hotel is small and modest, but it is clean, welcoming, friendly and quiet. The rooms are small, but large enough. The bathrooms are spotless and well-equipped. The breakfast is not sumptuous, as in some Israeli hotels, but more than adequate. When my grandchildren popped in for a visit, they were welcomed with sweets. When I left my house keys behind, they were kept ready for me to pick them up. Don't expect luxury or spaciousness, but I warmly recommend it to both Israelis and tourists satisfied with modest but adequate accommodation.
A nice little hotel, which is well situated by the sea in the northern part of Tel Aviv. The rooms are decent and clean and the continental breakfast is fine. From the roof top, you can enjoy the sun setting in the mediterranean sea.
The Hotel is close to the beach and there are good connections to places of interest or bigger bus stations. We had a very nice and clean room. The staff is always happy to help and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay!
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were quite small, but it was clean and relatively quiet. If you have reason to be on the north side of town, not a bad place to stay. Very walkable to the boardwalk. Breakfast was good as well.
