Upon our arrival apartment did not look like it was cleaned, floor still had stains,  balcony glass sliding doors was all dirty. They claimed because it was raining the day before, we arrived late in the afternoon on a sunny day. They offered to clean the apartment the next day in the evening, but we did not want for anyone to start cleaning while we live in there.  we only would have had 2 more days left to stay.  On our arrival there were no towels, no toilet papers, no garbage bags and no toiletries,  They did bring towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper upon our request, but stated that toiletries were not included even though the description stated otherwise. we had to go to the supermarket to buy our own. Refrigerator had a bad odor. Tere was no dryer, this was also inaccurate  apartment details on the website. Free parking was street parking,  restricted and limited.  Satellite TV only had only French speaking channels, which was useless for us since we don't speak French, when asked about English speaking channels we got no response. We have been renting apartments during our travel for many years now,  we never ran into such a poorly managed property.
