Quiet and peaceful... small work out room... pool ok for laps if no one else in it....

I booked an Executive Suite with Balcony and Marina View, the photos showed a beautiful suite and large deck area with chaise lounge chairs and more. What I got was a small regular room. When I complained they said Sorry, we are overbooked this is all we have left. I paid $400 for a tiny room with a clogged shower and no remote for tv. The check in counter claimed there was nothing they could do because they have no authority. Thanks Herod for ruining our honeymoon trip!

Convenient to meetings, good breakfast buffet, great location

Herods was a very bad hotel experience. Basically, the service was worse than nonexistent. Hotels in China of a much lower rating provide service that is many times better than Herods Herzliya. Very disappointing to say the least.

Herods Herzliya was the worst hotel experience I, and the other 11 people in our party have ever had. As we were staying for a wedding, we expected above-average service (considering we booked 6 rooms - 3 of them suites, for over a week), but in fact received downright offensive service. By the end of our stay, I had a list of over 15 complaints we had with management. Below are a few of them: Reservations were not fulfilled, 3 of the rooms received were different than booked. Staff promised to correct these rooms the day of check-in, until days later they finally did (3 mornings telling us the rooms would be available later that day, only to say they in fact were not available when we checked back later that day). Colleagues in our group were forced to sleep in the same bed. Told us parking lot was full, when multiple available parking spots were clearly visible. Allowed entrance upon telling them. Do not expect the beach shuttle service to honor your requests or their own statements. Hotel does not respect the "Do not disturb" sign - actually entered our room. Was told "hotel does not deliver coffee to the rooms" when bridal party was doing hair/makeup in the morning (Hotel lists breakfast room service as an option). Had to personally go down, order, and bring up 6 coffees from dining room Many more issues were experienced, but there is a character limit. *There are other hotels in Herzliya that probably understand basic hotel service. Be wise, avoid Herods

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience , it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it is apparent in this case that we fell short. We do our best to give the best hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. I wish you had come to any of our hotel staff during your stay at the hotel – our staff is always willing to help & assist in any way possible. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you a great hotel experience Sincerely Hotel Management
