Super gracious and helpful staff. Love the dining options! (No need to leave the hotel to be well fed) Room was a bit dated, but super clean. Bed and linens were clean and very comfortable. View was beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again, next trip to Tel Aviv. Highly recommend.

To expensive, they charge you Israeli Tax even if you are not Israeli citizen, They charge you so much money for the parking. They charge you $50 for 2 drinks from mini bar. This hotel not worth $500 per night!!! If you staying at this hotel be ready to pay at least $700 per night after tax parking etc…

Very nice hotel Had a sea view from balcony. Great buisiness lounge. The beds are comfortable And the spa is relaxing and nice.

Great location, great room with beautiful view. Staff at restaurant were extremely accommodating. Spent two weeks here and aside from a couple incidents, everything was exceptional. My frustrations were with room Service only. We had a few days where water was not delivered to our room.

Great location, amenities, nice rooms, good views. overall cool spot to stay in Tel Aviv

Good stay for a quick layover ... great pool staff.

Rooms are very small. Toilet separate from shower area. However walls are so thin that you hear toilet flushing all night long from nearby rooms as well as running water from other showers. Rooms look at other buildings. You have to go out to balcony to face the sea. Breakfasts in dining room were adequate. They bring you eggs upon request. Location about 30 minute walk to Old Jaffa. Concierge was always helpful. Front desk staff can be rude.

No pool at winter time . The beach beside the hotel isIn renovations. The room was without balcony and the breakfast is extremely expensive.

Greet value for money. Definitely 4 Star hotel and up.

Great location. Room is tiny. No place to store even one luggage. No drawers to unpack. Uncomfortable bed.

Great location, across the street from the beach. Offers beautiful sunset views and panaramic views of the city. Great breakfast but coffee service not so good. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The bathroom was very dirty upon arrival, they quickly took the complaint but we waited for an upgrade from the hotel which did not arrive. We must however note that Mrs. Ruhama (public relation manager) was kind to us and sent us a present the first night of our stay.

I had a terrible experience in the hotel since I make the check in , the guy try to sell me the room I reserved like its the worst in the hotel and he offered me another room with the same qualities as the other for twice the price , then I ask for the price of an extra bed and they never give me this price in 3 days they never solve my problem instead they argue with me all my stay knowing that I was unsatisfaced with the service and they didn't do anything to change this horrible experience , they try to sell you everything for extra cost during your stay. Also my reservation in orbitz includes they breakfast and they didn't valid this reservation.

Dear Yuliana, I was sorry to read that your last vacation at our hotel did not match your expectations. All of your comments have been taken to our attention and brought to the attention of the parties concerned. There is a paid underground parking beneath the hotel (a private lot), each exit or reentry during the day or night is charged (even if it's on the same day). We hope that despite this we will be given the opportunity to return to host you in the future while we do our utmost to make your vacation enjoyable. Best Regards Dorin

Dear Tzipora Thank you for your feedback. Indeed the pool is closed this time of the year, it is published in all websites as well as the beach renovations. You must have booked a corner room which has no balcony. we have other rooms with balcony you only have to book it. I hope we will host you again when the renovations are over. Ruhama
