We liked the location. Near the beach and close to main streets such as Dizengoff. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful.

This hotel is a little hard to access by car (Gett/taxi) given the underpass and hard to walk to from other hotels on the beach given that the entrance is under a road.

Hotel is terrible. The room was really small. Poor breakfast. Slow elevator. Old building. Staff was really nice and helped us check out early than planned.

The location is very good There is no parking, and the parking close to hotel very expansive (360 for day and a half) The desk and the staff were very friendly and helpful The lift! Oh the lift! Terrible, extremely slow, and on Saturdays there is only 1. The rooms were ok, nothing special, looks a bit old. The pool was okay, bit crowded. To sum it up: I would choose a better place to stay, but the right price - i would go back (and that price is no more then 150$ per night)

Exterior of the hotel is ugly and rundown. Interior is much better. Rooms are small and have small windows with ugly views. However, location is excellent, hotel was quieet, and breakfast was exceptional

The staff is excellent and the Israeli breakfast in the morning are really good. The building itself is not in great condition. It’s seriously needs renovation. There is a smell in the air that is really unpleasant. The hotel tries to cover it up with some very strong air fresheners, but it’s still unpleasant. Also, there is a pool there is a spa however the pool closed early we went there and the spa was not open.

Liked the hotel breakfast very good. But computers out when we got there and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for room. Finally complained and they let us check in. Entrance to hotel was hard to find taxi couldn’t find it dropped us off across the street. Didn’t realize you had to go down the steps to get to entrance

The hotel's renovation makes it look weird - It's all pink! I got into the room and there we're no towels - I asked and they sent some. Elevators stopped operating a couple of times.

The location is great but the view, for the room rate, was terrible. Paid $250/night for 2nd floor street view, they wanted double for ocean view. The 2nd floor hallway is painted in a (cheesy) Pepto-pink which made me feel uneasy (maybe unsafe) but the room was plenty spacious and clean and there was nothing to feel unsafe about. They are located at one extreme of the beach, great for long beach walks. The rooftop is a definite evening place to hang out. Honestly, once I got past the pink hall, this is a no-frills, nice place to spend a couple of nights; Readily accessible to the beach, cafes, boardwalk, and fun. I would give them 4/5 stars

From the moment I arrived, I was treated to top-notch service from the friendly and professional staff, who went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view that truly captured the beauty of Tel Aviv. It was exactly the haven I needed after exploring the city during the day. Speaking of location, it doesn’t get any better than this! With its proximity to the city’s attractions, restaurants, and nightlife, Leonardo Gordon Beach was the perfect base for my Tel Aviv adventures. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities - the pool was refreshing, and the in-house restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes. It was clear that the hotel put great thought into their facilities and services to ensure an excellent stay for guests. Overall, my stay at Leonardo Gordon Beach was exceptional. The high-quality accommodation, excellent location, and friendly staff made my trip unforgettable. I can’t recommend it highly enough and am looking forward to my next stay. The good: The location is amazing, first line to the sea, Gordon beach is right out the door and Hilton beach is 3 min walking. The pool is wonderful and the breakfast was great. The bad: The room was a true disappointment. It was not clean, we opened the curtains hoping for a view, 2e only got a concrete ramp FILLED with cigarette buds and trash. The shower handle was broken, no where to hang wet swim gear. We booked (and were charged) for a room of 4, I had to ask for towels 3 times, the sofa bed wasn't made, after asking for a few times we got a single sheet to lay on it, had to literally specifically ask for a blanket and pillows. The parking - none. You have a private lot the costs 120 nis a day, no hotel reduction or you can park for less 20 min walking distance and then get a cab to the hotel. The overall feeling was dirty and old. Definitely not at par with the neighboring hotel. I don't think I'll return, probably won't recommend either.

Hotel felt old and tired and was very pink. Very noisy and the outside didn't feel very safe at night..The staff were reluctant to speak English and really didn't care that our passports had been stolen and refused to check us in. Most of the staff struggled to speak in English. Also the hotel was quite far from all the action, well walking in the heat anyways. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned 4 times and when they finally did, they roughly made up the bed and didn't replenish the towels or amenities. If I'm honest, everything felt like a battle with the staff who acted quite reluctant to go out of there way and help. Even the door man sat on his phone and didn't help nor order a taxi, but suggested downloading Gett instead. On the other hand, the breakfast had a good selection and was kept full, however staff weren't very interactive, except for one nice lady who actually smiled and said good morning - that was nice 😊 otherwise, Really not worth the money, look elsewhere..

TERRIBLE DREADFUL hotel, photos are a lie

Do not trust anything you read or see about this hotel. They are all FAKE. It is awful. They have tried to make a cool Instagram hotel, when in reality they just put wallpaper and neon lights in the reception. The whole hotel is old and disgusting. Old bathrooms that don’t work. The area for breakfast is like an old age home, stale old disgusting food, not fit for anyone to eat. The rooftop is a construction zone, not safe to be open. It’s truly truly AWFUL and they STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE REFUNDS. They have £350 of my money and I will continue to take legal action until this is returned. Liars. Also, hotels.com have done NOTHING to try and get me my money as apparently I paid the hotel, but due to hotels.com fake pictures I was left with no reason but to leave so they are equally to blame. I will not trust booking through hotels.com agajn

היתה לנו רק בקשה אחת , הגענו לכבוד היום הולדת של בעלי לחגוג לו וביקשתי מהצוות שבוע מראש בוואטסאפ שיכתבו ברכה קטנה לכבודו כי זה היה חלק מההפתעה שלי לכבודו, הם ענו לי שאין בעיה אבל שאזכיר להם על כך יום לפני הגעתנו , וכך עשיתי! יום לפני ההגעה רשמתי להם שלא ישכחו את הבקשה שלי , בקשה הכי קטנה וצנועה, אמרו שידאגו לכך ולא לדאוג. כשהגענו לחדר לא חיכתה שום ברכה , הם שכחו וזה הדבר הכי מזלזל שיש. לא ביקשתי שום דבר מוגזם רק שיתוף פעולה קטן מצידם להשלמת ההפתעה שביקשתי לבעלי. לאחר שהתאכזבתי רשמתי להם בוואטסאפ על כך ואמרו שהם בדרך להפתיע, וזה רק החמיר- אנחנו פותחים את הדלת מופיע מולינו עובד נחמד עם בלון הליום אחד ומביא לנו אותו. הסיטואציה הייתה מביכה מאוד, לפחות היו שולחים כמה אנשי צוות שיתנו אוירה קצת יותר מושקעת על הפדיחה שלהם. תכננתי להגיע בעוד חודש לספא אבל אני אבטל . על הזילזול הזה כאילו הבקשה שלי היתה גדולה מידי בשבילם, ביקשתי הרבה זמן מראש , להכין ברכה קטנה לכבודנו לפי הבקשה שלנו היה בשבילם יותר מידי. הצעה ממני- כדי לתת ללקוח חוויה נעימה יש לפחות לקחת את הבקשות הקטנות שלו ברצינות בדיחה

Hôtel agréable mais personnel pitoyable

La chambre est plutôt pas mal, même si c’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est. Localisation magnifique, très proche de la plage, de ce côté là c’est merveilleux. Mais le personnel est vraiment peu aimable… entre le service de chambre qui te réveille tôt en frappant à ta porte avec force, le personnel à la piscine et de sécurité peu agréable. Ils vont même jusqu’à faire sortir les gens de la piscine 20/25 minutes avant la fermeture en fermant autour du bassin alors que les gens sont encore dedans… bref franchement pour ça je dirais que je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Être agréable c’est important vis à vis des cliente
