WOW! thank Hilton Tel Aviv for an unforgettable Stay! Already booked for next month! The Pool staff!! are amazing! loving the new kids club! and always a pleasure to see old friends at the Hilton Tel Aviv!

We have been invited for a business meeting breakfast included. It was not my choice. It took place in a corner of a balcony not in dining room so the hotel guests enjoy a different level I believe. Service was o.k. Food quite basic but tasty. A glass of carrot juice arrived not chilled. I recommend for breakfast to look for a more friendly place.

great service - everyone was pleasant nice clean rooms nice pool great executive floor good location the area has transformed from the old port to a shopping center with many local restaurants clothing stores etc its on the promimidoat so great for walking

Usual summer stay - reasonable checkin and good upgrade from basic room to a high floor wit hexecutive lounge access - Diamond status didn't improve upgrade experience, but this is a very busy very full hotel. No welcome gift or fruit and wine which wa s unususal but this doesn't make your stay. The great breakfast (except having towait for 30 minutes for a kafe turki which never arrived), fantastic views of the Mediteranean, the pool, the friendly staff who remember you and acknowledge you, the pool, the fantastic easy parking (a must in Tel Aviv if you are driving) still only US$15 a day in/out as you need. The room are serviced at least 3 times daily and turndown service with yummy chocolates is standard. The wonderful Ahava amenities (with a new look!!!) are replenished each service. The great location and a secure compound without feeling locked in just add to the total overall experience. The Executive lounge is fantastic -great wine coffee nibbles olives water fruit throughout the day/eve. Some of the tastiest vegetarian foods are to be had in the evening (just like Mum makes) and the after dinner deserts with fresh fruits are to die for - your taste buds will explode with pleasure!!! Nice gifts of fruit, semolina coconut cake (just like mum makes) several times and also fantastic fresh fruit. Even 2 pairs of Hilton TLV logoed flip flops M and L received - my sister and niece will love these. Room servicing staff fantastic and friendly also add to the experience All in all if you can afford it stay here! I really feel at home here every summer and it is a pleasurable place to stay with everything made easy for you Im very much looking forward to staying again and it is always sad to go!

Spent a week in July 2017. From check-in onwards I was disappointed. Only two assistants on check in duty and one disappeared from the desk for a lengthy time. The other assistant kept engaging with existing guests who approached her from the side instead of dealing with the guests waiting in line in front of her to check in. We were supposed to have a bottle of wine in the room but we didn't get that. They said we were upgraded to the executive floor, but there was no difference in the room size on that floor. The only difference was that we should have been able to use the (tiny) executive lounge. We did on two occasions but on the third occasion we were ejected, almost like criminals. They said our "upgrade" didn't allow use of the executive lounge, unless we paid an extra $80 a day. Our included breakfast was frankly boring after a couple of days, they are only going through the motions. The "free" Wi-Fi was appalling for a luxury hotel, and probably ten years behind the times. I could not perform online banking etc.The only solution was to upgrade at extra cost, per-device! When we complained, the manager said he would upgrade our Wi-Fi but it never happened. We never actually got what I felt we paid for in this hotel. The only nice treatment we received was from lower level staff. I know the hotels are full in Tel Aviv but this hotel falls well below the Ritz-Carlton in service.

This is a very comfortable hotel, with clean rooms, and nice and polite staff. The beds are very comfortable, so - excellent sleep quality. The breakfast selection is fantastic. Upon arrival, a nice bottle of wine waits for you, fruit and some delicious chocolate. Also, the staff is very efficient - we booked a twin room and received a double one, initially. The issue was resolved immediately - and in the middle of the night on top of everythibg. So, definitely a well-deserved 5 star rating. I would have 3 comments on the negative side: prices, wi-fi and queing for breakfast. First, while this is a 5 star hotel and you expect pricy stuff, 8 $ for a bottle of water is not really acceptable. The hotel should consider offering a complimentary bottle of water (which would probably be prefferable to the complimentary bottle of wine you actually receive). Secondly, free wi-fi is limited in time, I believe to 48 hours - a 5 star hotel should offer free wi-fi continuously. And, if you are not an early bird and take your breakfast late, expect queing before you can enter the breakfast room, whic does not seem to be large enough for a fully booked hotel. So, the advice would be: take your breakfasts early:-) - the dining room was almost empty when we did so.

First, let me say this is a good hotel and you won't go wrong. It is not a true luxury hotel and it does need to clean up its act. The rooms are nice and many have beautiful views. Cleanliness is a problem. On our arrival, there were old discarded items on the floor. Strange. The shower doors don't close properly and the bathroom gets soaked. The box of chocolates left by turndown had one eaten and the housekeepers didn't replace the hand towels or facecloths. You just can't do that in a 5 star hotel. The concierges were very friendly but not very helpful. But the hotel is relatively well-located and is otherwise nice. Breakfast is OK. The executive lounge is tiny.

While we were swimming in the hotel the pool boy went through our clothes and stole cash - we confronted managemnet and they advised - ''relax its a few hundred shekels, your from london its not a lot of money'', fortunately there was a camera facing our clothes, we insisted they review the cctv or we would call the police - they did and ''found the money''. when we asked to see who stole the money and asked if they had been fired the hotel management answered they, ''will discipline him''. Later in the week we had clothes taken from our room, when we confronted management again, they answered, 'no one had handed anything in', despite us insisting we knew exactly what was taken, they answered, ''they trust their staff that nothing was taken''. And we had to chase them up over and over to get any answers. I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel to share our experience and we were refused as he was, ''too busy to deal with this'', - clearly this type of thing isnt a big deal for the hilton. Our family and extended family been staying at hilton numerous times a year, having bar mitzvahs, weddings and parties there for over 15 years, we often travel in groups of thirty or more and rest assured we are never staying there ever again. The hotel standard has really really fallen.

Beach side and ideal city location. Everything you'd expect from a world class Hilton. Great views. Fine food. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. Jet tub and shower. And the staff is professional and friendly. Oh, and the typical Israeli breakfast plus. Outside above the pool overlooking the ocean. Nothing negative from our stay.

The hotel is nice , recently renovated , my room had a average view , but the bellboys have a attitude , first one of my luggage was "misplaced" and did not show up in my room until I talked strongly with the front desk, then at check out they would not load my luggage in the car I had to do it myself (different bell man ) I gave him a 10 dollar tip for 6 luggage and he was not satisfied , probably was expecting 100 ??? I will try another hotel in my next trip
