The Hilton Tel Aviv is a unique hotel unlike others, a landmark in the Tel Aviv luxury accommodations scene. The location, food quality and service are superb. It is so nice to keep coming back and seeing familiar faces, warm and welcoming people for so many decades, including the pool manager Itzik, Raya at the Vista, Asher in the front and Isaac the concierge.

This is a very family oriented hotel that is at the end of hotel row. It is on the beach and a short walk to the bustling avenues of Tel Aviv but somewhat removed the vibe of the city other than the beach. I do not recommend this hotel for individuals or couples without kids that are first time visitors to Tel Aviv that want to experience the vibe of the city. Choose a boutique hotel or one that is more centrally located. The staff person that checked us in and out of the hotel was very kind, professional, friendly, and eager to make us feel welcome. Her name tag said Bob but I am not sure if that was her name but she is the peak of the customer service level. Everyone else seemed disinterested but we sort of expected that based on other reviews but still disappointing. The elevators are way more complicated than they should be for the a hotel that size and with the clientele generally families, mature couples and foreign tour groups. Additionally, the stairwells are confusing because to access them from some floors you have to go through doors that are marked staff only. The rooms are a decent size and they all have balconies. They are soundproof without light for sleeping except for the AC control that lit the room up like a night light. The bathrooms seem to be more recently renovated and were very spacious... one of the best parts of the room. Overall this is a beach hotel that is overpriced and lacks the level of service to justify the price. I think most of the positive reviews are from families which makes sense because of the proximity to the beach and pool access.

Stayed on a business trip for a few nights. Room and balcony overlooking the sea - fabulous. Room spotless and staff a credit to the hotel. Would recommend for holiday or business as the location right on the beach and near everything central in Tel Aviv very good. Would definitely return

our stay was great. location is perfect. the beach is breathtaking. the view is beyond words. breakfast is almost enough to keep us going all day. we enjoy this hotel in this city every time we come. staff is helpful. the pool area is fantastic. it is worth coming to tel aviv just to enjoy the hilton hotel.

We loved our first stay in the Hilton Tel Aviv. This is a landmark hotel that everyone knows of in the city. It seemed to have undergone a recent refurbishment so common areas and the rooms were modern despite being in a 1960s building. The brown styling in the rooms wasn't to our taste, but it all looked fresh and new and worked well. The bathroom was wonderful and huge and we loved the balcony offering sea views from every room I believe. The huge saltwater pool was great with helpful staff to get you loungers and a great pool bar. The executive lounge was small but very friendly with a lovely breakfast and canapés service. I still miss having a slice of cheesecake for breakfast! The hotel had an impressive position in a park abutting the Med shoreline so you could easily walk out onto the promenade all the way to Jaffa (approx. 3 miles). one day we rented chairs on the beach (only 30 shekles two chairs and an umbrella / £6/$7) and swam in the warm lovely sea. The city itself is beautiful and friendly with great food and lovely architecture along tree lined boulevards, topped off with miles of soft sandy beach and a warm climate. It felt like any European seaside city so if any Brits are watching those TV ads at the moment and considering going, I would highly recommend a visit.

Although aged and updated this overpriced hotel is prefectly located in a very expensive city. The prices matches the place. Its location is also right near the gay beach. Rooms were great....clean and service was acceptable

We enjoyed our stay at the Tel Aviv Hilton. We were glad to have chosen a Vista Club room. Having breakfast and dinner available daily was extremely convenient. The quality of the food was very good. The pool was lovely and the proximity to the beach was wonderful.

Great service, beautiful hotel, location is great-on the beach-you must walk down a few stairs but worth it -sands soft. Rooms are very nice- lobby beautiful. Amit at the front desk goes out of her way for all her guest. Will be going back!!!

Spent two nights at the hotel to rest and relax before heading home from a 10 day vacation. Great waterfront location with easy access to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas will cost you...26 euro for two chairs. Many restaurant choices. Our favorite was the poolside grill...service and food was excellent! Recommend the Israeli kabob and chicken kabob as two great meal choices. We used the spa on the bottom floor, it was solid but not great. Front desk staff is a bit aloof and not terribly friendly. Rooms seemed too warm to me - who wants to sweat before a massage?! The changing room, showers, etc were good and spacious. The room we stayed in had a sea-view. Able to watch the sunset both nights! Very small room and a little outdated, but nothing that really took away from our experience at the hotel. We found all staff to be professional, helpful and courteous - only real opportunity perhaps with some of the staff in the spa. Pool and pool area is great, plenty of chairs around the pool. Didn't appear that they had waiter/drink service around the pool...if they don't that's an opportunity.

Hilton Tel Aviv has very good location and view. Many popular restaurants and streets are only in walking distance. I had never eat there but restaurant menu prices are almost same with other restaurants in the city. Breakfast is enough for all cultures. This hotel is one of the best hotel between all Hiltons in the reagion.
