An excellent hotel. Great food and impeccable service standards. This place has been around since Methuselah was a lad and has a traditional but dependable style for its mostly conservative clientele - although lots of Russian and Chinese business people and tourists use it too. The food service limitations from its Sabbath observance are barely noticeable and overall the quality of food service and rooms is impeccable. The Exec floor lounge services are also excellent. Overall if you need a quiet and understated venue (particularly at the start of the year) to stay or to meet for business - you couldn't do better.

The breakfast buffett here was amazing, to be honest I really came to write this review just for that. Huge selection of bread, a great variety of cheeses, the salad bar had such a variety, a good range of hot food including too types of shakshuka. You could make your own blend of tea. The Chinese food was really random and unnecessary however, it didn't look great and I didn't see many guests venture to that section. Otherwise the rooms were clean, the view was great and the service was good.

First I have to say that the staff that dealt with me tried everything they could to make my experience better ... That said ... Due to the very congested period of Passover the hotel is probably overbooked and short staffed as every effort turned empty in terms of satisfaction ,as a regular customer I have to say that I’ve had better and enjoyable stays 1-You basically are held responsible to a very large penalty if you don’t cancel 60 ...yes 60 days in advance my case 8 FULL NIGHTS ...imagine the damage ... 2-because check in is at 14:00 (no problem there ...) you basically can’t eat at the MED cafe (pool restaurant ...and only one that serves meat daytime )...first question :what’s your room number ?answer : I don’t have one I’m waiting for my check in ...attendant:sorry for that ,but we can’t let you in... Guest relations intervened and managed to put us at a table and we even ordered from the customer guest relations desk and phone ... After waiting a very long time for a very well done burguer we get an almost “blue” (raw) burguer son got sick from the sight and lost appetite (after almost 19 hrs of travel without proper food due to the food restrictions of Passover ) 3-finally 13:50 get the non smoking room (smelled like a old pub full of smokers )...asked for another room ...2 hrs after got a nice and smelling room ...wait ...overlooking a beautiful ....parking lot (yes I have sea view as per my reservation ...of only the sea ...”sea” 4 urself in the pics attached ) I hope to have better luck on the remainder of my stay Elie C.

Small rooms, tired facility, horrible customer service and sad food and beverage. Stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv. The place is a zoo. You could be anywhere in the world. Zero personality. Very expensive. Total disappointment. I blame my travel agent!

it is a great hotel which has withstood the test of time ( I first stayed there in 1979! ) however very impersonal and feels part of a chain it is clean very well maintained , the lifts a re slow and irritating - you cant change floor once in the lift weird but the sinks don't have a plug staff are very well trained and friendly , especialy housekeeping but concierge is unhelpful - other than the marvelous Asher the location is slightly out of the bustle and fun part of town but all room views are superb as are the lounges

A very clean, comfortable, modernized hotel with an efficient staff. My room was very nice, with ample drawer space. We stayed on the executive floor so there was complimentary food and snacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We reserved our 2 room 5 night stay using thousands of earned Hhonors points on Hilton's website. On our reservation page it said the 2 rooms came with "complimentary buffet". When we called to confirm our reservation for March 28th we learned that even though our reservation says "complimentary buffet" the Hotel says that since we paid with points it doesn't include breakfast and wants to charge us $34/person. We have both emailed and called the hotel and no one is responding to us. Clearly this is a case of bait and switch as we never would have made this reservation had we known we were going to be charged for breakfast buffet as most high end hotels in Israel supply this for free. We are very disappointed both in the managements lack of response and Hilton's bait and switch.

We stayed one night at this hotel on my birthday. The Vista lounge is one of the most beautiful places in Tel Aviv to relax, have a drink and enjoy a spectacular view of ocean. Our room was lovel and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We received a special treat of fruit, wine and chocolate — all delicious. The location is perfect — and it is fun to walk on esplanade and try the restaurants at the fish market.

I love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great. I tried the sushi restaurant this time and it too is five stars. Will stay here gladly anytime the front desk was very helpful. The view from the balcony is so beautiful it invites you to the beach

This modern, beautiful beachside hotel is close to Dizengoff and city centre. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Upon check in I had a lot of problems with my room key which was finally resolved after the technician repaired the lock. Breakfast featured a good range and freshly squeezed orange juice. The executive lounge is well worth the extra cost as it gives you additional relaxing space, refreshments throughout the day, breakfast (though not as wide a range as the restaurant) and dinner and drinks in the evenings. Direct beach and promenade access.
