I stayed here while visiting Israel for my niece's wedding. I traveled with my young teenage children. The hotel was under renovation and we stayed in a renovated room (highly recommended to get a renovated room). The entire experience was positive - wonderful room, super clean and comfy, fantastic gourmet Israeli breakfast to meet any picky eater's needs, very nice and professional staff, excellent central location near the beach, the port, Yafo and central Tel Aviv shopping and restaurants. Nice upper deck too. The Melody set a high standard for what we want in our future visits to Israel or any place we go.

The Melody is a perfect spot to base yourself when in Tel Aviv. Small and friendly, close to the beach and great restaurants, it has almost everything you need (but you know when you book that it doesn't have a pool). The rooms are small but with the comfiest beds, a choice of pillows, quality toiletries, a powerful hairdryer and great shower. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they really go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and satisfied. The breakfast buffet has good choice and the complimentary happy hour each evening is a lovely bonus. Only one small issues that at breakfast there are hot dishes on burners but they only maintain dishes to a luke warm temperature and it would be lovely to have whole fruit available. Definitely stay here you won't regret it.

In the midst of the bustle of Tel Aviv, a high quality relaxation area, a relaxing and pampering atmosphere, a smiling staff, excellent service and positive every hour. Highly recommended !!! I would be happy to visit there again

Melody Hotel is a pleasing welcoming place for any sort of group age visitors. Staying at this hotel is such a nice relaxed vacation or even for business travels. I would recommend this hotel because of its warmth and home feeling. its location is really good just above the beach, center of Tel Aviv and close to any known place such as the port and clubs...

This hotel has become a fantastic little boutique hotel that is exactly what it says it is. It is not the most expensive or the fanciest but it is clean and lovely and very serviceable. The rooms are modestly sized, but that is to be expected. There are lots of extras like nice bags and towels for the beach. It has the typical delicious Israeli breakfast and a great happy hour. Most important, it has superb staff. The chief of operations is Vardit and she took her own time on a Saturday (the Sabbath) to come down to the hotel with her husband and kids to help me with a parking issue, just so I would have an easy time of it. The desk personnel also are very nice and extremely helpful. I have family who live in the area and visit frequently. I rarely require a hotel but, on this trip, in July 2017, I brought 8 people to the country so we needed a convenient but nice place. This was what I chose and it really could not have been any better; Run, don't walk, to this little hotel.

My husband and I arrived at the Melody at 10:00 p.m. after a long day of traveling. There was a taxi strike at Ben Gurion so we could not take a taxi. We took the free city bus and then a taxi from the bus station. We arrived well after the appointed time we were expected and had an very early flight the next morning to Eilat. The young man that checked us in was very helpful and kind. He arranged for us to have a boxed breakfast in the morning and called us a taxi to take us to the airport at the crack of dawn. Unfortunately we did not get to see much of the hotel besides our room. Our room was small but adequate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a positive experience with their service.

Bad staff and no facilities.. No care for guests. Manager running a bureau than a hotel. No botheration for basic facilities. Except for 1 person - no English speaking staff. Breakfast couldn't be more lousy except tea.

The Melody is charming, with a quiet rooftop overlooking the Mediterranean. It is the perfect Israeli breakfast that you will remember. From the thinly cut beets with feta, and eggs of all kinds, from the Israeli salad to perfect potatoes, you will linger over breakfast and wait for tomorrow.

Stayed here one night after a full month of traveling and it was amazing. Great way to recover. We were able to rent bikes for free and get pretty much everywhere by bike or walking. The included breakfast in the morning was delicious. Best breakfast I had in my timely Israel.

My family spent 4 nights at this very lively boutique hotel and enjoyed our stay there. They have a happy hour each evening with yummy treats and serve breakfast where you can order from a short menu or take your pick from the Israeli buffet. Front desk was very helpful and responsive. It was my daughter's birthday and the front desk gave her a box of chocolates to celebrate. Only comment was housekeeping could have been better.
