Great hotel. The hotel is perfect Amazing location minutes from anywhere in Tel-Aviv. The room had 3 beds so was comfortable enough for 3 people. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for hotel right on Dizengoff and center of town look no further. Great hotel and great value.

Overall, our stay at the Dizengoff Avenue Hotel was good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one manager who was rude and, unfortunately, not very helpful when we raised a concern. In fact, he defended a housekeeper who was blocking a stairway with a large bag of towels, creating an obstruction that could potentially be a safety hazard in the event of an emergency. The housekeeping service was below average and, honestly, quite inconsistent. At times, the soap was not replenished; on other occasions, there were not enough towels. The bed was sometimes poorly made, and on one occasion, sand that had been brought into the room after a trip to the beach was not cleaned up. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. The hotel was certainly not inexpensive—approximately $250 per night is a significant price—but we understand the cost given its fantastic location on Dizengoff Street, within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, the location is excellent and most of the staff were good, but the housekeeping and inconsistent service could definitely be improved.

Very friendly front desk staff. They host a happy hour with wine, plus coffee, cookies, and bottled water are available. There’s no included breakfast - you can order it, but prices are comparable to nearby cafés and there are plenty just outside. The location is excellent for the beach, though it’s a bit far from Jaffa, so you’ll need public transport. It’s a great Tel Aviv neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants and an overall lovely vibe.

With in walking distance to all the mayor sites, good breakfast, fresh fruit, good coffee, the cafe on the first floor offers great cappuccino, the surrounding area is safe, we walked everywhere at all times of the day. Parking can be very tight if you arrive during business hours however very open at night. Over all I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly option.

Nice boutique hotel on the heart of Dizengoff street district. Great location. Place itself needs a bit of repair. Shower is tiny and water spills into the toilet area which is also very small. Staff was very nice and friendly.

It all looks and is dated and tired. If you need to stay for overnight, it's okay. The fridge in the room.worked, just! Very basic. The room was noisy because of its location. Location is great for bars/restaurants.

Great service from excellent staff in an ideal central location. Hotel is a smaller boutique property with limited facilities but did have a great free coffee machine in the reception area. Neighborhood was noisy with very early morning construction work. We booked a balcony room that was littered with extensive bird poop on a daily basis. Overall, we would recommend this a good value choice of hotel for Tel Aviv.
