Appalling customer service

This property is managed by a local Israeli rental agency, "Feelhome". Once you make and pay for your booking with Hotels.com, Feelhome is the company that you deal with directly, from access details to general issues on the ground when you get there - or at least that's what's supposed to happen. Their preferred method of contact is WhatsApp, that is, when you CAN contact them! I can honestly say that they are the worst travel company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Worse than ZERO customer service, incompetent and unreliable, then dismissive, aggressive and abusive when you actually have an issue! Completely ruined our holiday from the moment we arrived in Tel Aviv with their ineptitude, and then a completely dismissive attitude to the situation THEY had created! If you are booking ANY accommodation in Israel via Hotels.com, BE SURE TO ASK IF IT COMES UNDER THE "FEELHOME" PORTFOLIO, because if it does, then do yourself a favour and book somewhere else!
