It has been recently renovated (March 2025), redecorated with care and high quality materials. It is furnished with top of the line items and boasts 3 bright and comfortable bedrooms as well as a large and sunny terrace.

This 120 square meters apartment has a large living area neatly divided between an open plan kitchen, a spacious dining area and a living room with access to the terrace,

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in a very central and trendy area of TLV near Ben Yehuda and Arlozorov streets at the limit of the Old North area. It is steps away from Hilton Beach and Metzitzim Beach and many other hotels, trendy shopping, great restaurants (both kosher and not), and plenty of nightlife venues.
It is also a short ride away from the Hayarkon Park and the Tel Aviv port (Namal) which are among the local families favorite spots,
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station downstairs. There are countless buses running from Dizengoff which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Great location and great for families!
We loved this place including the beautiful terrace and amazing location. The only major problem we had is ants, even though we were very strict about keeping all food in the fridge. Overall would stay there again, but would do a bit extra cleaning before we unpack.

The apt is close to the beach and a pretty convenient location. Mostly quiet neighborhood away from main traffic. Good size for a 3 bedroom. Large balcony. A few indoor insects. Did see some dead cockroaches around the property but not in the apt. Wish they had some stables in the apt available like salt and pepper (maybe I just didnt find them). Had to buy and stock some things that were not there that would have been nice to have. No keys which made access easy and nice except for shommer shabbos folks.

Outstanding Tel Aviv property
The stay at this Tel Aviv apartment, located in central Tel Aviv, close to the shopping district and a 5 minute walk to the beach, was 5 stars in every way. The apartment is large, with a well equipped kitchen, and a large balcony with lots of sun exposure. The property management rivals the best I have experienced at any VRBO properties -- attentive to detail, immediately responsive, friendly and helpful. You will not go wrong making this your Tel Aviv stay.

Spacious 3-room flat in northern Tel Aviv
The flat offers a very comfortable and spacious living space with three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with most things you will need for an extended stay. Leah and her team were very helpful and responded quickly to the questions we had. A great option, especially for the northern part of Tel Aviv

Good place but too expensive and poor equipment
I visited for the 2nd time Israel and I’m still impressed by the country, but this time the apartment wasn't the best choice!
The location of the apartment is great and the best thing of this apartment is the terrace.
We arrived at 9pm and states that two persons had no dubets but agency reacted quickly and delivered to us within 30 minutes.
That's all on the good side, and now the part we didn't expect:
Single beds were uncomfortable for sleeping and squeaky.
No soap, no towels in the bathroom and only two small shampoo and toilet paper for 8 people.
Hot water preparation for 8 people insufficient and costs time and nerves.
The whole apartment was very dirty, especially the kitchen. In addition the kitchen was very poorly equipped.
In the cupboard it was moldy and it smelled very intense.
My fault:
At the request of the agency, I already announced my rating via chat.

Great place
We enjoyed our stay with our 3 kids. Here is what we liked:
_nice area: 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to dizengoff, tons of great bars, restaurants etcaround
_living room/kitchen is spacious and well equipped
_terrace on 3rd floor is a great hangout place
here is the only thing that I thnk needs improvement:
_all 3 bedrooms are a bit run down and not of the standard that we had expected from the listing and from the other guest's ratings
nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Very nice apartment
We had a very pleasant stay in this apattment. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 6 men.
Communication with the owners went smoothly without meeting them in person.
The apartment is close to the beach and everything you need is closeby.
Defenitely recommended!
