The large deck is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, or evening BBQ while taking in the sunset.
This quality home has been built and furnished to a high-standard for ultimate comfort.
Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including master ensuite), spa-bath in main bathroom, 2 heatpumps/air-conditioning units, additional heating, gas fire-place, ping-pong table, internal access garaging, washing machine and dryer.
The bedding configuration is 1x Super King (master bedroom), 1x King, 1x Queen, 1x Single over Double bunk.
There is a triple-car internal access garage - however, the owners keep one vehicle stored here. The ping-pong table is also in the garage. You will be able to park one vehicle in the garage, and another 2 vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage.
The house is the front house in a shared driveway.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close.
There are security cameras at the entrance and exits of the property. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property for the duration of your stay.
No pets. No smoking.
