Hi , we were at this hotel in winter and i have to say it is good hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean , stuff is friendly and nice. Food is average for hotel 4stars category. Perfect location for skiers , maybe one minute by car to ski resort. In generally it was nice stay.

We liked our stay here. The food as part of our package was Nice and good variety. We all enjoyed it. The big minus from giving it 5 stars was the hard bed. My mother who travels with me had a roll out bed of the sofa, and this Madras was about 7 cm thick. She does not like to complain but i thought it could be better also. We request an extra bed for three days and agree to pay the 180 euro extra for this (all included) the bed in bedroom was also a bit hard. But i would easily stay again because of the food, Nice reception and beautiful location. Thank you all. We booked the spa also, but unfortunate some other couples had a Long time in the jacuzzi and we got tired of waiting. Maybe better to have one more in the future.

We have stayed here during one Vysoke Tatry trip with our small daughter just to have some fresh Tatra air for a change. The apartment that we had was amazing although we would not need all the underlighting options of all the furniture, but I guess it is the trend these days. Everything was spottlesly clean, tidy and kitchen corner and all appliences fully functional. The soundsystem and TV were cool, although we did not used it as much as we spend our days rather outside. The restaurant was with plenty of choice, but only thing upsetting was the limited number of kids chairs that vere available. (holding 2 out of 2 kids chairs for large party reservation while other todlers would have to sit on parents lap is not a goo thing) As I hope they will fix this issue I still give them full score, as in terms of food especialy for our daughter the Chef Mr. Babol (as it was on his chef jacket) managed to arrange for gluten, lactose free option for our baby which to us was the most important at that time as part of the restaurant visit.

I was travelling to Slovakian mountains for decades and in the recent years, I am usually staying at this hotel. It has a great location, very good and large rooms but only in you are staying in suits. Ordinary rooms are very small (at least I think so). So, my suggestion, choose suits for your next visit. Anyway, all rooms are clean. What about food. It depends on when you are travelling. The menu in the season (summer or winter) is much better if you are here out of season (choose other places to eat). Service: I can honestly say that the quality is decreasing every year. In the last time, I could not get my passport back because receptionist did not speak English at all. The same relates to services in the restaurant, spa and etc. Sometimes, it looks that staff just too lazy to think and act but it can be applied to other places in this area. Finally, wi-fi is free but if your room is far from the router you probably will be unable to use it.

We have tried several restaurants in the area and this served the best food by far! Four of our group enjoyed a dinner and all the dishes they served were exceptionally good. I can honestly recommend this place for food!

Absolutely perfect! Pleasantly surprised by the decor (chalet-style), nice staff, great location (for hikes and skiing as well - close to the cable car). No flaws, really. We ordered room service one morning so that we did not have to go to the restaurant for breakfast. They brought everything and we had lovely breakfast at the balcony. I also recommend the pepermint body peeling, you can buy it at the front desk, it smells great!

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is very pretty and we were lucky to have spectacular views of Mount Lomnica from our room, which had a balcony. Comfortable room, the only issue being that we had a kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea - when I asked about this at reception, I was told that if we wanted tea or coffee, we could request room service. Not sure of the purpose of the kettle, then ! Reception was not that helpful also when I asked if there was a mountain weather forecast for the next day - I was informed that there was no rain forecast, which I knew to be incorrect from the general forecast, which was for thunderstorms (which duly appeared). This seemed a little haphazard for a hotel in a mountain resort. The resort itself is entirely composed of hotels, holiday lets and gift shops, so there's not much to do except do up the mountain on the cable car (warning - expensive !!) or eat/drink in the bars. We had a reasonable if basic lunch at the Kukucka but for posh nosh and cocktails, we decamped to the much swisher Hotel Lomnica down the road. We would probably stay at the Kukucka again, but might look first to see if there were any cheap deals at the Lomnica.

The Front Desk staff are almost nice. Don't bother saying good morning to the chef (who isn't hidden away but rather exposed in the modern dining kitchen area) as he communicates only with grunts, unless you are local from my observation. Clean and comfortable rooms, were let down by Eastern European hostile-pitality. Such a shame for a beautiful part of the world that has benefited widely from EU money but rather not play with people from the rest of Europe. I shall not be rushing back. Oh and the guests who thought it fine to play tinny, high energy Europop from their mobile phone in the sauna 'complex', were brilliant! To be fair they did turn it off when asked.

Great hotel with excellent service since the reservation, very practical clean, comfortable accommodation, excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend not only for skiers, but is suitable for any time of year

Great experience, food very good, accommodation very good, wellness nice. One point for the wellness operation to advise the customers to take care of the pool to cover during winter when leaving the pool. Otherwise very very nice.
