Stark verschmutztes Badezimmer
Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter musste per Telefon erfolgen, da wir auf unser SMS keine Antwort für die Schlüsselübergabe erhielten und ein Kontakt per E-Mail war nicht möglich.
Insbesondere Küche und Badezimmer waren nicht sauber. Da das Badezimmer weder über Fenster noch Lüftung verfügt, haben sich darin rund um die Dusche grössere Mengen an Schimmel- und Schmutzablagerungen angesammelt, so dass man darin lieber nicht duschen will und folglich die ganze Wohnung unzumutbar ist.
