Set on an acre of rambling country gardens above the Fish River with views toward Evan’s Crown, you will relax as soon as you arrive! Enjoy cozy winter evenings by the open fireplace or balmy summer afternoons sipping champagne in the outdoor bath with a view.
Mutton Falls is the perfect location for your next holiday with extended family or a group of friends. The property comfortably accommodates 12 guests in luxurious, rustic comfort.

Outdoor areas include an established garden, large entertaining deck with outdoor bath, firepit, expansive grass areas flowing down to the Fish River. Separate formal garden with fountain and arbor.

My family and I spent a long weekend at the house while attending my daughter's wedding nearby. We had a great time; just wish we had more time to really relax and enjoy everything the place had to offer. We're all looking forward to coming back one day soon. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a wonderful place for a family stay.

Perfect for a group of 12, plenty of space, lovely grounds and incredible old home. Kitchen well stocked, had the most beautiful weekend with friends, food and fire.
