The location is awesome. The mountain is right behind the hotel. I didn’t like that the hotel needs to be updated. The furniture is old looking and the hallways are dark. There is a “closed up” smell in the rooms.

Toilet over flowed and they cleaned it up with our towels for the shower. Someone on our floor was smoking in their room. You could smell it in the hallway.

Nice views if you get that side of the building. Close to attractions.

The best thing about the hotel is it’s location.... great view of the hill from the hill-side rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were dated, not very clean and had broken furniture. The gym equipment did not function and appeared to be curbside salvaged. Overall in disrepair. Note that on Feb 29 there were still Christmas decorations and Valentine’s Day decorations up

front desk person on friday at 5 pm should be retrained to clean toliets. not friendly, no help could not even look up at me stayed looking at her computer.

Please reach out to me for a partial refund. The toilet was blocked and no one could solve the issue. I had to go outside to do my things . Very bad experience.

This “resort” is in a great location if you want to go snow tubing and skiing however it needs some major renovation done to it. The wall paper is peeling off the walls in the rooms and the room we stayed in has stains on the walls and we even found an undergarment on the floor from the previous visitors, so this had me thinking that who ever cleaned after them did not really do a good job at all. The pools paint was coming off and it we touched the walls it would be all over our bodies and the arcade area had holes all over the walls. They do not have a business room or spa like they claim they do either.

Beautiful views and has a very convenient proximity to great shopping and indoor water parks

Need renovation grounds up. Poorly managed by rookies. Not worth the money.

Everything is old, the mattress are very old i can feel the spring in my back, the framefor the mattresshas a extra metalin the sides and I hurt my foot, pillows are very hard, towels has hairs, the room has a terrible smile. For me is the worst experience.

Looked behind the nightstand for an outlet and found an old blue wig. The only thing this place has is the location and views. We have been coming for years but its needs some serious upgrades if they wang to keep charging high prices. Had to request a fridge and there was no microwave in the room either

I liked the room and the hospitality of all the employees.

Did not like anything about the place. Did not like that the place had a old feel to it. Lamp in the room did not have a light bulb. Iron had a big stain that stained clothes. Service was poor...refused to give extra pillow when requested. Never cleaned the room....came back after a long day to used towels and bed sheets that was suppose to be changed and replaced. Had to call front desk to bring new towels and bed sheets late in the night and had to fit it ourselves. And all the hotel can say is that next you stay at the hotel we'll give you a discount. Who's gonna come back to stay there? Definitely not us!

This hotel is very old and shouldn’t be a 3 stars hotel. The condition of the hotel less than a motel.

Nice restaurant and bar area with a good view of a pond, and the ski slopes.

Beds are not comfortable and the curtains were sheer so no light blocking and didnt close in the middle
