I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in the Poconos. Overall, it was a decent experience — rooms were ok, friendly front desk staff, and a convenient location near local attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were better than expected for a mid-range hotel. That said, the walls were super thin — I could hear my next-door neighbor crashing around for about three hours between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., which made it hard to get proper rest 😒. If you’re a light sleeper, that might be something to keep in mind. Aside from the noise issue, the stay was okay for a short trip, but I’d probably explore other options next time.

My room key stopped working 5+ times within my 3 night stay. The room the pool is in is so old it leaks from the ceiling everywhere. Its a complete hassle to get extra towels to go to the pool. The hotel is on a crazy hill, not great in the winter.
