The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, 4-Star Resort, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
Top of the line designer furniture including granite counter-tops with breakfast bar in kitchen and low energy appliances & electronics. While we provide a start-kit for guests to settle in, this unit is a self-serve home and we advise bringing additional consumables. :)

Great place for our family

This is my second stay at Little Harbor and we loved it! We saw manatees frolicking every morning in the mangrove trees while sipping coffee on the balcony. David was very professional and a responsive host, especially since we arrived shortly the duo of hurricanes hit the area so we had no idea what to expect. Still a lot of cleanup happening, but our place was perfect for our needs.

David was very accommodating with our larger group of 11 people and facilitated an early check in and late check out for us, which we all really appreciate. While the property was clean, the condition of the property was average - some of the lights in the kitchen did not work and in one bedroom, we could not even turn on the lights. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and paper towels while we were there and had to purchase more. While we were there, we were under the impression that we would be able to walk to the beach and swim. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming (it was more like a bay and it looked polluted) and more of a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the amenities there like the pool and pickleball/tennis courts.

This rental was as described. It was clean and well appointed. We had a couple of small issues which the owner addressed immediately. He was very easy to reach and pleasant to deal with. The only negative was the beach and water. It was partly my fault because it is on the bay not the ocean and I knew that. Overall, a great place to stay. I would rent again.
