We are just back from a wonderful week in Florida, and thrilled to report our condo rental was all we hoped it would be! Most of all we loved the view off the balconies, and nothing beat the morning and evening dolphin spottings!! It was tranquil and beautiful, and provided a place for our family to unwind with lots of comfortable amenities. The condo itself was well stocked with necessary kitchen items and the furniture was comfortable and inviting. The patio furniture on the balconies was functional and used to soak up as much outdoor time as possible...We loved our stay, and thank-you so much for renting this wonderful unit to our family!! Loved this place. The private beach had nice clear water, loved the convenience of the restaurant , enjoyed having water sports rentals, playgrounds, basketball courts, fishing pier and pool all in one place. This place was great for our annual friendship adult getaway. We had to find last minute accommodations due to the hotel being sold and this was a wonderful alternative. Having three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was extremely important and helpful for our couples. One room is double beds and only one room has the bathroom attached. Though we had issues with towels,clothes hangers, dirty act vents and a vacuum that was completely clogged, thdmanagement and their response to issues was excellent. Loved the location and house. The only thing that was missing was ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room. Being from FL, we are used to having ceiling fans on at all times. Otherwise, it was great for all 6 adults and baby!

This unpretentious townhouse overlooking the canal turned out to be our favourite stay ever. From the comfortable master bed to the well-designed kitchen to the hours we spent on the balconies, regularly watching dolphins and manatees pass by, we just loved staying here. We used the swimming pool and gym most days. We had plenty of room to park both cars eith plenty of space nearby for any visitors to park. We appreciated the security patrols. We walked all around the community. To top it off we walked the hundred yards to watch the sunset from the bar or the beach almost every day. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

This was a great set up for my family. Rooms were nice and clean. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had a few hiccups with some maintenance that was addressed. It was confusing and unclear what items were available for rent—and the rental number was unavailable on our down day when we wanted to play tennis and try pickle ball. We were able to find shuffleboard and corn hole equipment. Pool was nice but water was pretty chilly. Overheard the heater has been broken for years—but I don’t recall it being marketed as a heated pool. This is more info for future renters.

Second visit, and we'll be back

Great place and great location to get away from everything. We stayed here about a year ago and enjoyed it enough to book a second stay at the same unit. Everything was great, but the property could use just a little upkeep. For example, our kitchen only had four mismatched drinking glasses and an odd assortment of plastic cups. Additionally, the screens on the sliding doors may not make it through the season. Finally, there's a small amount of grocery bags and papers left under one of the beds. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love this property, and we hope everything is just a bit updated when we get back for our next trip. Final note. Double check all of the windows and patio doors when you arrive. They are not easy to latch, and almost all of them were unlocked when we arrived.

Great Location

This is a lovely place within a short walking distance of a small private beach on the bay. It was roomy and the living room furniture was comfortable. There was a nice dinette set for 6 . Sleeping was ok. The king and queen bed were too hard for our liking but that could be personal preference. The kitchen was stocked with the basics for some light cooking. Though it could use 1 or 2 large bowls and some storage containers. The pools are nice. Our biggest complaint is that we had difficulty getting the front door to lock and unlock. It either needed new batteries or needed to be replaced. We definitely did not like that you could not test the door from the inside to see if it was locked or not because that would open it by design. Overall the stay was pleasant. The property manager responded to our email within a reasonable time. We loved walking down to the Sunset Grill on the beach each night for food and drinks. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset. They have good live music every night.

We loved the location of this unit! It was great having one bedroom on the main floor! The unit was exceptionally neat and clean! The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and dishes. The table and chairs on the back deck were so nice! We appreciated all the seating. We did find the vertical blinds to be in pretty rough shape. The bedroom with the twin beds had a totally broken set - they would not slide to close or open and they were missing several slates. The kitchen faucet had a slow leak. If you weren't watching it, it would flood your counter top. We did call to report it. We were told that someone would call us back but that did not happen. We did not have any washcloths when we arrived (despite what the towel count said). Hand towels were counted as beach towels. ??? We also did not have even a small amount of dish washing soap. I am sure this was just forgotten during cleaning. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days. We loved that we could walk to the pool and didn't need to move our car! Lovely home, great location

We stayed here for about a week for a family vacation that was much needed. We easily visited Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in about a 35minute drive. House is very roomy, yet cozy. Extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Kitchen well equipt for all of your needs. The walk to the beach is about 5 mins. Thought we had lots of sporadic showed during every day we visited it was still quite enjoyable.
