Bring the entire family on vacation to this Luxury Pool home boasting 5 queen beds, two kitchens, two living rooms, and a large gathering area near the salt water pool. Entertain the kids all day with a playing room downstairs, a pool table, heated pool, and yard games.

This well located home is walking distance from Apollo Beach and a city favorite "Circles" Restaurant. Publix is less than 5 minutes away. And if you're looking for a day out, Tampa is just 25 minutes away.

You will have access to the entire living quarters of the home, the driveway, the backyard, the pool, and the dock. You won't have access to the garage.

Apollo Beach is a family friendly neighborhood. You'll regularly see locals walking or riding their golf carts at sunset. The home is well positioned between the Apollo Beach and the restaurants/stores.

Car rental is best, Rideshare is everywhere, and Bike rentals are fun.

The home is dog friendly, but there is a non refundable pet fee of $120 that will be charged after the booking is confirmed.

Beautiful Home and Even Better Host

My daughters, wife, and mother stayed at this property in town for a funeral. Host Matthew was extremely responsive at every turn whenever we had questions or comments. The property was ready for us when we arrived and well maintained. Spacious property with a lot of fun activities to do around the property. Not a lot of great food options in the area but with TWO kitchens on the property and a grocery store around the block its beautiful. Only complaint we had was it was a cool time of year and the downstairs rooms were a littlw cool and not many extra blankets around bit there was an extra on each bed...we just needed two lol.Ooverall a great experience

Excellent stay

Really loved our stay at Matt's Apollo Beach property. Location was excellent. House was very nice. Pool was fun. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Apollo Beach/Tampa/Sarasota area.

Seaside Stay

My family enjoyed our seaside stay. We were pleased with the accommodations and happy with the location as it was conveniently located near our family that lives in Riverview. We enjoyed dining at the local restaurants which were very close.
