This is a beautifully serene location nestled on the river. Very nice cottages with a patio sitting area attached. Nicely landscaped property. All of this sits on the river for kayaking, canoeing or fishing. You feel very welcomed from the moment you are arrive.

When we got there Tammy was there and checked us in She is a great person to deal with Made shore we had every thing we needed the place sets away from all the commotion of most resort and is right on the river We will be using them in the future

This is a beautiful group of quaint cottages with a shared dock on the river and a nice pool. Great place to sit and relax. We didn’t fish but it is popular there.

I would consider this more of a resort made up of individual well appointed cottages. It is geared to fishermen, but was great for us while we visited with friends in Sun City Center. The cottage had a small tiled kitchen area with a stove, small dishwasher, sink and fridge. The cabinets contained items needed for cooking and eating. It was very clean and comfortable with a TV. The bathroom contained a walk in shower and sink with enough towels for our stay.

Talk about classic Florida charm! This is a wonderful hidden gem on the Little Manatee River. The cottages are adorable, and the river is steps away. Each cottage has a wonderfully private patio for relaxing, and the resort swimming pool is lovely. We brought kayaks, and enjoyed paddling in the mangroves around the area. We even had a dolphin swim past us! I highly recommend this cute resort to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Nice and quiet. Comfortable room. Good fishing. Friendly staff
