Great communication from Kim. Very cute and clean place. Nice view, it was a fun area to stay and walk. Nice linens, cozy beds, coffee and some goodies there for us. It was chilly while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful lanai or beach, it is well stocked for going to the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

Short and sweet stay

This was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Fishing was fantastic and this cute place was the perfect way to relax after a long day fishing. Kim was an amazing host and we are so grateful we chose this property to stay at!

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our getaway to Little Harbor. Kim was a fantastic host. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. The condo was clean and well organized. We enjoyed sitting on our private balcony, watching the dolphins and boats go by. we will definitely be coming back to Little Harbor!

Great Stay!

The Beckers have created a haven at the water! Their unit is spotlessly clean and right on the water with breathtaking views. Watch the beautiful sunrise and dolphins swim from your balcony! The small extras that are provided with this unit make a huge impression. Can't wait to go back!

Great Times

Kim - we really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the channel behind the unit. Great spot for breakfasts on the porch.

Oasis

My sister and I stayed for an extended weekend, and Kim thought of everything to make us comfortable and well accommodated. The beds were super comfy, everything was exceptionally clean, and we have a beautiful view. We were very happy to see that she had a set of table with chairs that were high enough to see over the railing rather than a View through the bars on the railing. She walked us through locating the property as our GPS kept taking us in the wrong direction. She was very accessible when we had questions was quick responses. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfect Relaxation

Such a slow moving weekend filled with lots of experiences. My girls made lots of new friends who were visiting the beach for the day or their grandparents for the weekend. Everything was within walking distance except for the super market which was just a short drive. The beach was great for us - lots of passing boats, live sand dollars & hermit crabs. The distant sound of the music from the nearby restaurant & low population of beach goers made it feel like it was just for us. The water was shallow so we could learn to paddle board. The dolphins in the canal behind us & sunrises right outside our window made it a great experience. The room was perfect & all the amenities by the owner were spot on. We hope to return (soon).

A little slice of heaven

The place was absolutely perfect! My wife and I enjoyed our time here. When we picked up my mother in law, she loved it too. The beautiful view and the sunrises in the morning, along with seeing dolphins and manatees popping up in the bay occasionally…everything was just top notch. An easy drive to Sarasota or Tampa or Anna Maria Island. Beautiful beaches and fun shopping all within 30-60 minutes. You won’t regret booking a stay here!

Relaxing getaway

We loved this place. Everything was so clean and neat when we arrived. We loved the book of nearby attractions and restaurants. And we had fun using the pickle ball racquets and balls at the courts on property!! We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the boats and birds navigate the quiet waters. Every evening we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and bright sun rises! We would definitely return!!!
